Go Orthodontists was amazing from the very beginning and each step along the way! Everyone in the office is so friendly. The front desk staff knows you by name and they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. They even called other patients to switch appointments when I had a scheduling conflict. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my teeth and never imagined having such a great experience with braces! Highly recommend x1000!
Orthodontics can be a long journey but it is so worth it. As much as we all wish we could snap and have perfect teeth, that's not currently possible. So if you're going to put a time and monetary investment into your smile, I highly recommend doing so at Go Ortho. Without a doubt, THEE friendliest and most knowledgeable front desk staff I have ever encountered. I always felt so welcomed when I walked through the doors at Go. They really make you feel valued. The techs are also very skilled and kind. Dr. O has been a great practitioner and I have really enjoyed his approach and willingness to work with wherever I have been at when I came to see him. Would absolutely recommend this office for any and all your orthodontic needs.
My bottom permanent retainer broke, so I urgently needed to find a dentist to repair it. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the entire experience was very smooth. Everyone at the office was pleasant and professional. Plus, they repaired my retainer for free. I highly recommend this practice!
My daughter received her braces here. The price and financing was great, but most of all the customer service from front to back office was always friendly and thorough. Dr. Ohanian is a perfectionist, and we are in tears we are so happy with the results. Thank you GO Orthodontics
Dr. Alice Shen is one of the better orthodontists who are I've been her patient for quite some time now and I'm very pleased with my experience with her. She remembers my name and my history, so I feel comfortable around this doctor who gives me great care. She was very attentive with my tolerance for pain every time I came into the office for the monthly check up. In fact, she has never forgotten who I was in all my time that I've been here. I don't regret getting braces at all. The process involved some pain which is, of course, expected. But the experience definitely could have been so much worse with a doctor who simply wanted to get through his or her job as fast as possible. Dr. Shen takes the time to talk to her patients and I'm really glad that she does. Also, if you're looking to get braces, get them. They'll help you so much in life because a lot of things are based on appearances now. Definitely one of the best investments in my life.
Dr. O. is amazing - careful, caring and very knowledgeable… and the whole staff is tops. They are lovely efficient and helpful every visit. I couldn’t be happier with how my Invisalign treatment went. Highly recommend Dr.O.

You can tell how patient oriented Dr. O is just by looking at his office. You feel comfortable and welcomed here the minute you walk in. From the coffee station to the entertainment sources for your kids, you can tell he really wants everyone to feel at home. His work is clean, meticulous, and he gives his patients his full attention, sincere advice and treatment options. I had not worn my retainers several years after removing my braces in my teens. I noticed my teeth had moved slightly during these years. I decided to go to Dr. O. to see if I needed to start a new treatment, or if he would be able to provide me with alternate solutions. Dr. O gave me his honest opinion, and did not pull any tactics to get me to pay for a whole new treatment. He told me that after a proper fit of a retainer, I would get the results that I wanted. Thank you Dr. O. for being honest and thorough. You truly care for your patients teeth as well as saving them money!!
It’s hard to find a medical/dental office these days that not only excels in the specific service they provide but also delivers superb customer service. They make you feel like you are part of the family. They listened to all of my concerns, and answered all my questions. Dr. O is awesome. Impressed with this gem of an office in Pasadena! Highly recommend!
Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. I went with traditional braces and am very happy with the results. I really appreciate the attention to detail, care and expertise Dr. O and all his staff provide. You can tell they all work hard to create an excellent customer service experience. Highly recommend.
