I was locked out of my Toyota after losing my only fob not a smart move on my part. Phil got back to me right away when I pinged him here on Google Maps. When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation and did outstanding work his experience shows, but then also went above and beyond what I would've expected in a couple ways—I won't bore you with the minutiae. And charged a fair price. Also an amicable guy/easy to work with on top of it. Thanks, Phil.
I lost the key fob for my car, purchased a replacement online and needed it programmed. The Go Pro Locksmith technician spent 2 hours trying to program it only to find that only a unit bought from the car dealer could be programmed. This was contrary to what I was told by the dealer. I was dreading that the lock tech would tell me I owe the quoted charge. Instead, he said could pick up a unit from a dealer and come back the next day. Shortly I received an invoice to pay for just the replacement key fob. As promised, the next morning the technician picked up the key fob from the dealer, came back to my house and after 45 minutes completed the job. This was exceptional service.
Phil did an excellent job on fixing my problem lock. He responded in a timely manner. Very professional service that I will definitely use again. Plus I will have no hesitancy to recommend him to others.
Wow, Philip is amazing. He came to our house and had keys ready for us in 15 minutes. We had lost our final car key so we needed not only a key that would open the door but one that would start the car. The dealership quoted us FIVE times the price Philip charged us, and they were going to keep the car for “at least a week,” and would require that we coordinate and pay for a tow truck to take our vehicle from our house to the dealership. Can’t recommend Phillip highly enough!!! Thank you again!!!
I had spare keys/fobs made for a 2010 and 2013 Corolla. I was happy with the speed, punctuality, and reasonable price38% of price quoted by dealership. Go Pro seems like a trustworthy outfit.
I am giving Phil a 5-star rating for his good service. I really appreciated what Phil has done for us. He had to come to our house to fix the front door entry lock 3 times to get everything worked properly due to the wrong parts that the manufacturer kept sending us. Each time he was very patient to explain and show us picture of what went wrong and what should be the correct parts that the manufacturer should send us. He even offered us discounted charge for his service on the last visit. I highly recommending him.
My Toyota Yaris car lock was broken inside the cylinder. And even steering wheel is locked, I am helpless until Go pro locksmith showed up. Phillip work is awesome. He showed up on Saturday evening and make sure everything was working before he left. Awesome and extraordinary. Thank you go pro
Phil helped me get an emergency insert key for my car even without the original as the previous owner had it. We struggled a little bit when it came to the key fob as the first key fob malfunctioned after 1-2 weeks. I reached out to him to get it replaced, and he did. I just had to wait a little as he had to get it from a different supplier.
Arrived less than 5 minutes after calling and completed the job in another 5 minutes. Very nice and easy to work with, highly recommend
