Quickly cooking at high heat is the best way to retain the ingredients’ color, texture, and nutritional value; thus making it more healthy and nutritious as a whole. At Go Stir Fry, we took a step further. Instead of using vegetable oil as a main agitator for quick frying, we found a way to remove the elements of grease while incorporated the usage of steam. By doing so, not only we significantly reduced the fat content from the traditional stir fry, we’re also able to maintain the nutritional values from it.
Just healthy alone is not enough, high quality ingredients is what make our stir fry stand out against our competitors. We use antibiotic free chicken, certified Angus beef, naturally raised pork, and organic tofu. Our meat and vegetables are prepared daily to insure the best of qualities.
