GOD'S HANDS EXTENDED FOOD PANTRY provides healthy food items such as dried beans, dried rice, peanut butter, canned vegetables, soup & fruit. We also provide canned meats, fresh eggs & many other items to help create healthy meals for an entire family. Recipients do not have to be affiliated with any organization to qualify to receive the box of food as it is the desire of Oaklawn Church of God to provide this resource to the community during this difficult economic time. You can be a part of this effort by committing to a monthly tax deductible donation of $15 which will provide a box FULL of food items to a family.
Send your check made out to Oaklawn Church of God, 2110 7th St. Hot Springs, AR 71913. write in the memo "food pantry" and this will make sure your donation goes straight to the fund to purchase more food for the cause.
James 2:15-17 says, Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, "Go in peace; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
