I have been trying to call in an order for 20 minutes and the BOY they got answering the phone keeps hanging up on me. My husband was there and literally saw him answer and hang up. That is no way to run a business. You might get more if you had someone that would answer the phone and take the order. There was a lady there and she said it also happened to her. Ridiculous!!! Vidalia needs to run this place out of town!!

The food lacked flavor. The portion size was more than generous but didn't compensate for the taste. I walked up to the window and ordered and waited 45 minutes for my order. Had I not prepaid already, I would have left because it seemed like the guy taking and handing out orders was the kitchen person too. Maybe they were shorthanded that particular day so I give 2 stars.

Both me and my mother order shrimp fried rice on 4/18/2023 on Tuesday around 6:30pm. The next day both me and my mother woke up with FOOD POISONING‼‼‼We’ve been sick for 3 days now! I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER eat there again‼‼‼‼‼ I wish I could lower than 1 star!! Not only that, the service is SLOWWWWWW‼‼

Everything we ordered was good. Ordered House special lo- mein and Honey chicken which came with rice and 1 egg roll.

Small Sweet & Sour Chicken…Portions are generous, the food is good and the service is always quick. I do recommend calling order in, the line can get extremely long.

I would give a zero star and that is not low enough The SLOWEST take out EVER. Order a day ahead because calling in does NOTHING for you getting food timely. A 45 minute wait if you called in and from what I am now told that is NORMAL here.. I don't care how good the food is, we may get ours before they close at 9pm.?? We ordered prior to 5pm. There is NO dine in here.. walkup and take out only .. Freezing cold out and your customers are waiting in cars and standing outside.. No way to know when yours is ready. Vidalia, I would run this place outta town. This is not the establishment to have here... looks really bad..

Most of the food is decent, some of it however is rather lacking in flavor. The main culprit here is the fried rice. The meats you get in it have flavor but the rest of the rice is pretty plain. It's still worth getting IMO if you favor duck or soy sauce. The reason for the 3 stars though is the fact that we have been there twice now and both times was a ridiculous wait outside in the cold. Once was 45 minutes and this last time was an hour and 10 minutes. It seems like they only prepare one thing at a time, or one order. We skipped on it a third time recently because the wait would have left us outside for well into 2 hours because there were a few people there waiting already
