Stay away! I stopped in inquiring about a simple embroidery project. The elderly man needs to retire. He was very rude and grouchy. He had no intention of even trying to help. This is actually a zero star review. Don’t waste your time coming here.
I brought a jacket in last week for embroidery and to have the sleeves altered. The alteration was a hack job. I said four inches off the sleeves. At least 8” were taken off on one sleeve and more on the other. I was told that my arms were to blame. They insisted on payment. Jeesh. They forgot to embroider my name, so at least I saved that cost. I would never use this group again.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! My mom came into this store after talking to his wife who told my mom to make a pdf of what we wanted. When she came in a man at the counter was very rude and said “MY WIFE KNOWS NOTHING I DO THE EMBROIDERY” He yelled at her in front of my little brother and told her that it’s not promised we’ll get the font and style we want and many more things threw a book of designs at my mom who by then was uncomfortable and was leaving.
I needed a couple of Christmas stockings embroidered with a fast turn around period. Ray was fantastic and squeezed me in the same day. They look fantastic too. Super happy with my experience here.
Time to share our experience's with Gold Canyon Embroidery. Excellent product with timely service at great value. To all those petty customers who had ridiculous demands and say they are disappointed they do not need them as customers. We have done business with them for over 5 years and they are consistent as the sun rises and sets. The Problem Solver/Handyman Services Gold Canyon.
We have been using Gold Canyon Embroidery for all of our uniform and business needs for years. Ray, the owner knows his stuff, is always helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The quality of embroidery and screen print is exceptional. We recommend this company to everyone.
I will not be going back. We spent a half hour in the shop going over our custom order and discussing all of our options. When our order came in the logo was the wrong color. I asked about the color and i was told that i should have known about the color washing out and that on my next order i could changd the color. My wife and i explained the colors we wanted when we placed the order and ot wasnt right. When my wife called to ask what he could do to help rectify the problem he told my wife we were not going to recieve anything to fix the problem and next order we could change colors if needed and hung up on her. I will never go back he is rude and does not stand behind his product.
My husband went in there to have a tee shirt made up and the owner said he didn't have the time! He was just about to go on vacation! Wow it floors me that he would even say that to a customer! I have a position in our community here in gold canyon and that I could bring him Alot of customers but with what he said to my husband and his rude attitude I would never recommend him to any of my customers! My kids school mailed out flyers to have their uniforms made here. I went in person to order them during business hours, but they were closed. I emailed and was told they aren't available to make uniforms until September.
Great folks. They are headed out on vacation, but seemed genuinely happy to get a new customer. They walked me through all of my options. I am super happy that I found them.
