Direct Care Family Medicine practice that focuses solely on patients by eliminating the red tape of third party interference. We work off an affordable monthly fee that includes visits, e-visits, and in office procedures. We work with individuals, families, and small businesses. We encourage a high deductible insurance plan to cover services outside the scope of primary care such as surgery and hospitalization.

Small, highly competent team with absolute minimum of administration and paperwork. Just had minor surgery with them one stitch and am highly pleased. I self-insure and take good care of my health, and they alone offer an excellent value proposition to complement this.
I went there for my first appointment and this quack was flirting with my husband and I overheard her give her phone number to him. The bathroom was disgusting and I think she should be put out of business
I have had the absolute worst luck with Medical care lately as I know many have. It’s such a broken system!! If you are looking for A doctor for your children or yourself! And you are looking for a Doctor who actually listens and cares! A doctor that Doesn’t just throw a covid test and antibiotics at you!!! A doctor that doesn’t charge outrageous prices for a nasal Swab or a Sick visit!! A doctor that is ACTUALLY available when you are sick! Gold Direct Care PC Is the answer! Dr. Gold literally Was an answer to our prayers this past week This man is a God send!! I heard about his practice a few years ago and I thought It wasn’t an option for our family as they don’t accept insurance Thank god they DONT I had no option this past week when literally no one would help my child! I found myself in literal tears searching for someone to see her and actually find out what was wrong with her insanely swollen and sore throat! Well- I was shocked that it wasn’t anywhere near the cost I expected and something I could affordactually way less than the insane insurance deductibles and copays.. The insurance companies, medical system and Big pharma is NOT in it for your health, I can tell you that! $$ It’s ALL about the all mighty dollar at the cost of YOUR actual health & Well being! I literally spent a week trying to get my kid seen, her own peditrician couldn’t see her, bounced around for days every morning calling for appt, went to four urgent cares and was even turned away from Lynnfield urgent care and ended up at Salem Hospital as no other options. My daughters tonsils were so bad she was crying Non stop in pain. The hospital completely ignored my request for a mono test, or CBC and was more concerned with testing for covid when I asked for her NOT to be tested as she just had it month prior. We left defeated, and That night and next morning I almost called 911 because her pain was so severe, I broke down and called Dr.Gold the next day! Wouldn’t you know- he saw her within the hour and did a CBC, and Mono and Mono positive. We were in and out within an hour! He even saw her the following morning as soon as office opened when pain was so severe again and prescribed steroids and gave her pain medication. Within hours she was feeling 50% better and next day was like a different kid …. Truly cant describe what that’s like for a mother when your child is in that much pain and sick and no one is available to help you or provide pain relief/answers. The compassion and care they provided was something I haven’t experienced in health care in a long time! If you have considered Gold direct medical care in past and “No insurance” scared you away! Check them out ASAP! You won’t regret it.And I am a very picky consumer Especially when it comes to something like my children, and their health 10000000 Star review Hands Down!
I could not be happier with the quality of personal care I've received from Gold Direct Care! I no longer feel like just another "patient file" - I can communicate directly with MY doctor when I need to. The entire staff at Gold Direct Care are professional and caring, the office is comfortable and inviting. The best part is the "direct" communication with the office. Dr. Gold and Dr. Mancini are dedicated to knowing their patients and being available whenever needed. Imagine how great it felt to get a follow up email from their office to see if I was feeling better?!? I can truly say that Direct Gold Care gives me piece of mind at home, when I'm traveling and, best of all - when I'm sick!
Thank you Dr. Gold! I was having an issue and with no insurance I was putting off going to the doctor. A friend referred us to Dr. Gold and I’m so happy they did. Dr. Gold took the time to listen and help me find the proper solution at an affordable price. I sent him a ton of emails sorry about that lol but he took the time to respond to every single one. I look forward to being a part of Dr. Golds office moving forward.
Our family cannot recommend Drs Gold and Mancini enough. I was the first to switch over, when chronic unexplained health issues drove me to desperation. I felt like I was spending all of my time going to my PCP and seeing specialists, only to start each conversation over from the beginning and have the same tired explanations and tests done over and over costing our family thousands of dollars... I had at least three CAT scans and numerous xrays, bloodwork, and various imaging and tests. Further, whenever I needed a small consultation or a med change or to get a referral, it meant spending hours in a waiting room only to get five minutes with the doctor, who was taking notes the whole time not actually interacting with me. A friend recommended Dr Mancini, who to my shock and amazement, identified what was making me sick and had a treatment plan for me within one week. After struggling for years, this is the best I have felt in decades, and it wouldn't have happened without Dr Mancini. Another family member switched over just because they were getting the run around from their PCP, having to take days off of work to see their doctor only to have their time wasted. They had been dealing with a minor but annoying recurring issue for over ten years, which Dr Gold figured out within seconds. This issue--that was evidently misdiagnosed by their other PCP for a decade--was fixed in a matter of days with an inexpensive prescription. Our medical issues no longer overwhelm our family. When our children have a minor issue, we can call or send texts instead of hauling the whole family, saving us stress and time. Additionally, one of our children has complex medical issues, and Dr Gold not only can address these issues with competence, but he is at the cutting edge of what he does, offering us services and treatments that our former pediatric PCP could not. If you are considering switching to Direct Primary Care, I implore you to call them up and set up an initial appointment. Whether you are in it to save money, to save time, or to improve your health or all three!, this is a great investment in your time, wallets, and future. Thank you, Drs Gold and Mancini!
My doctor for 4 years now. Couldn't be happier. GDC takes care of my whole family. Nothing beats having a good relationship with your doctor with easy access to top it off with. My wife is with Dr Mancini and she says she has never had a better doctor in her life. I highly recommend this for people who are tired of being a number and a dollar sign in a broken healthcare system. Apart for getting great doctors and easy access, you also get advocates who look after your best physical, mental and financial well-being.
I can honestly say that going with Gold direct care is the best choice I've made regarding my health, both mental and physical. I am a long time patient of Dr. Gold's and have always been happy with his thorough approach. He has always addressed any concerns I, or my wife, have had. Needless to say I have always been confident in my care. Now that he has more time and I have better access to his advice and care I don't stress as much because now I have immediate access to my Dr, not just when the practice can fit me in. One last thing I enjoy is that it has saved me money. My company has gone to a high deductible insurance but with the payment plan at GDC I have managed to save money on my healthcare. Couldn't be happier with the switch.
I found my entire experience with Dr. Gold'standard practice to be GREAT! From first contact to my scheduling, appointment, lab work, & follow up. The entire staff treated me with warm fun family like care. To make a pun....it really is the GOLD STANDARD in personalized medical care. I would and have recommended Dr. Gold to my family and friends. I was looking for a doctor for about 8 years. They all treated me as a part on an assembly line. Not so with Dr. Gold. Dr Gold's version of personal attention and old school approach to knowing me as a person and caring about my health and future meant a great deal to me. I am registered with Dr Mancini at Gold Direct Care and can't say enough positive things about my experience so far. Everyone goes out of their way to help and in a timely manner. Dr Mancini is a very personable, knowledgeable physician. I feel so fortunate to have found Gold Direct Care and can't recommend them highly enough.
