What a terrible experience visiting this place. The staff basically verbally harassed me and insinuated that I was lacking intelligence. Spent the afternoon with a loved one reminiscing in the past. Stopped in this place to purchase a trinket like we did before, but the staff accused us of stealing because we didn’t see the sign right away about not removing items ourselves. I recommend you seek some education yourself on customer service and signage. Since theft seems to be an issue, I also recommend you investigate alternative methods to combat this. Bullying your customers before they make a purchase is not the best long-term method.
