Honestly the most worthwhile arcade around. I would shout out a specific employee, but every single employee I came in contact with from the party organizer to the ticket booth to the game operators and up to the manager were just really pleasant and considerate people. I genuinely can’t think of a single bad thing to say about this arcade! Thanks for the fun night as always.
Love this place! Perfect for a date night with your spouse or bring the kids! Food was pretty good as well. Glow mini golf is one of our favorites!!
It's over priced probably played 5 games the most off 10 dollar card. We returned to Rockford after 13 years so we wanted to have fun as a family but we didn't know anything about the establishment like getting cards and tickets and not one time did any employee come to see if we needed help. Won't be going back no time soon.
Better than a mediocre experience here. Some the games are too loud, my little ones had trouble with the noise. My wife and I travel around to find pinball, Stern mostly. This location is not a verified location. Verified now...as a commercial location.Changed my stars... Stern insider still has login issues. I do plan to visit again, though.
Nathan, Trenton, Nathan and Zoey were amazing with our birthday party we hosted! I was told I was going to get a survey in my inbox after the party and never did which was disappointing because they were amazing! So I went on here to give them a shoutout, they were all on top of making sure we had a great experience there and it has compared to no other party I’ve thrown. Big shout out to them! They are incredible and deserve a raise and some recognition!
The pinball collection at Tilted 10 offers a well rounded variety of older pins and features a size-able collection of Stern Pro edition machines. Now that Tilted 10 is home to monthly IFPA approved tournaments this would be a great time to beef up the line-up and add a couple Stern Premium editions! Rumor has it that Premium Editions of Godzilla and Jurassic Park will be on the Stern factory production line. Both of these machines offer enhanced features that are very popular with the pinball community. This would give Tilted 10 that bit of bling to complete the pinball experience for the tournament players as well as the weekly league members! Playing pinball at Tilted 10 in Rockford is a blast! Alex and Jon do a GREAT job of maintaining the machines and it is much appreciated!!! Adding a couple Premium Edition machines would be like putting a cherry on top!
Little bit on the pricey side but lots of fun. The arcade version of the bowling is such a fun twist. Food is average, would probably stop somewhere on the way in the future. Only one bartender when we went on a Saturday night so drinks were a little slow coming.
This is a great spot to take your kids and have a great time. There were a few issues that we noticed with the games some of them didn't give tickets like they were supposed to,some didn't operate like they were Supposed to and no we did not bring any issues to management. anybody wearing a purple shirt had ten people in front of their faces they were so busy. There was one issue that we did we brought to management and it was fixed immediately. I would say this is the best part about the entire mall.
A bit overpriced on some of the games. Bunch of machines didn't work properly and was told after the fact they are waiting for repairs. These machines should be turned off or a sign posted that they are "Out of Order".The miniature golf set up is done badly. Your ball should not be able to go into the next hole as there is no divider between holes. Some of the holes even have missing bricks so you can't bank shots due to this. Fun time had by all, yet frustrating at times.
We did the studio package which included all you can play video games for two hours and one activity. The activity that the kids chose was laser tag. It took almost 35 minutes for the kids to get into laser tag because we were waiting for more people. Most of the games weren't included in the package. We aren't planning on returning anytime soon.
