They kicked me out of the gym due to family problems with the husband of an employee who has only been working there for a few months, it doesn't end there, they have the nerve to charge my husband and me the annual fee even knowing that. I can't use that gym, that's ABUSE. It's not my fault they have employees who threaten people and try to keep them quiet. I pay to be there, nothing is free, pay back the money they are still charging.
Gym has good equipment but the lack of customer service is disappointing. Have emailed management & not received a response. Tried FB messenger & nothing. They're quick to raise fees but do not maintain some equipment properly. The bikes in the cycle room are fairly new yet have not been calibrated properly. If a member has to pay the higher fee to have access to classes, the equipment should be in good working condition.
The space in this gym is very small and it is often crowded. But I loveeeee the spin classes. Rebecca keeps everyone engaged, and her high energy is exactly what is needed after a long day of work. I probably would not have stayed at this gym had it not been for this class and this instructor. Very professional and challenges her students.
My wife and I love going here. The facility is clean and the staff like Melissa and Neal at the front desk are awesome! Happy to have a local gym we can go to daily as nice as Crunch Fitness.
Crunch East Windsor is my favorite gym by favorite by far. I’ve been a member for a month already and I just can’t get enough. Can’t wait to to reach my fitness goals here! It’s like my second home! The staff are all so nice, welcoming and friendly!
Crunch is the best gym in the East Windsor area. They have a variety of great equipment, excellent instructors, and the cleaning staff is always on top of keeping the equipment areas clean. Neal at the front desk is always helpful and provides excellent customer service! I, as well as other people I’ve spoken to, appreciate his friendliness and willingness to help make our time at the gym a positive experience.
Crunch Fitness East Windsor has it all. It’s a great facility with awesome instructors and an assortment of fitness classes to meet everyone’s needs. The front desk staff is super friendly… Go Taisha!! Additional amenities include hydro massage chairs, tanning, and red light therapy. Exceptional value for the membership rate and the place is clean!!!
The yoga classes are very varied depending on the day and all of the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. In the last few months more yoga classes have been added to the schedule. The new flow class is great too!I started using a trainer to help with back and leg pain and she has been instrumental in improving my fitness and reducing my pain. The facility is clean and orderly.
Friendly staff and always clean. Rebecca was my trainer and I was extremely satisfied! I've never worked with a trainer before, but she taught me a lot while never making me feel uncomfortable or inadequate. Definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a personal trainer. Experienced gym attendees or not.
Crunch fitness is awesome! . I’m always greeted by friendly faces. Alvin is an amazing trainer. My daughter loves coming to the daycare here as well which is a plus!
