GOLD'S GYM/NATICK

Very disappointed that after coming for more than 3 years and bringing new people, paying the same every month this gym always have more things that doesn’t work than things that do work. I know the are moving to pike but even though they still charging every month on time.

Been coming here since August. And to say I am very disappointed. If I knew that this gym does not care I would have gone elsewhere for membership at a different gym. It's cheaper yes from other current gyms but the quality of the equipment is not okay. The staff is nice while they are there. I had a weekend where no one showed up. People work weekends too, people don't just have the time to drive and not have the doors open. Because of scheduling. Then if you are not going to be opened at all call your members. It doesn't take long to send a massive message to all members.

I love our neighborhood gym. Sure it’s a little worn and tired but it’s got everything you need to get your workout in. The basement is hella cozy. The haters in these reviews need to chill or go pay up for a fancy gym.

The new “temporary” location on 4th Street is a massive improvement over the original location. They’ve got new equipment, the ceilings are high and exposed which makes it feel big, and staff is still just as great as ever. Giving it 4 stars mainly because there’s some equipment they never brought over and the bathroom is kind of awful. But other than that, so much better than what they used to have.

Just joined. They have moved to it's temporary location. The gym is clean and all the equipment is new. They are moving to The Pike sometime next year. I wish they had a pool but not a deal breaker for me.

This gym is convient and so happy they provided us a place to work out while the perminant space at the Pike Mall is being built......This is alreadya great gym, but the new gym is going to be amazing Thank you Gold's

Nice gym Cool staff. But if you training in 64Degree the gym is for you. But if you want blood flow you might need 3 layers of clothes

I really like this gym because it is clean and never crowded when I go early in the morning.The staff is friendly when you have questions plus they are totally non intrusive while you work out. The only reason why I give it a 4 out of 5 is because the hip abductor machine has been broken down over a month before they closed and has still been "up for maintenance" for the couple of weeks they have still been open. It is the only hip abductor machine and I wonder why they take so long to fix it. Besides that, I also give it a 4 out of 5 because we currently are not allowed to use the sauna, but still have to pay full price for the membership. It is not there fault, the county makes them do this right now, but I still think they should give all members a good discount because of this amazing part of the gym not being accessible anymore. Well, I still recommend this gym, because if you don't care for the sauna or steam room then it really will be a 5 star gym for you!

LAME! Website advertising a free day pass to try the gym and the Long Beach location refused to honor it. Couldn’t even give a good reason just “sorry”.

Half of the equipments are broken. Management doesn’t seem to care about fixing anything. All they care about is increasing membership. The men’s sauna is out of order about once a month and it stays broken for months. Half of the sinks, toilets and EVEN TISSUE DISPENSER are broken and I seen them get fixed even after 3 MONTHS!
