Gold's Gym. Oxnard, Cali

Golds Gym has a variety of dumbells. Treadmills are very popular so come early afternoon. No steam room though. Great staff.

Comparing this to a bunch of other gyms, I absolutely love this place. It might not have a pool or spa, but it does have a separate steam room for women. Every time that I’ve went, the gym was always clean. Also has plenty of squat racks available. I’ve encountered very few equipment that didn’t work, but most of the equipment seems to be fairly new. If you’re new to Oxnard and need a gym, I recommend Gold’s.

I love this Gym I truly do. BUT please fix equipment things last weeks sometimes months out of order currently the ladies steam room is not working and hasn’t been for some time. I truly love Golds but please get it together the night staff is amazing the environment is great I’m just pleading with you to fix things in a timely manner when they are broken. Please.

My friend has a buddy pass that he has used to get me in a few times in the past. I was stopped and told that I could not go in. Due to his buddy pass only being good for the weekend. My friend was going to just pay for the day pass but I refused his offer as I was rubber the wrong way. So we went to the 24 hour fitness at the collection. I got the buddy pass there and we both got a good workout. 24 HOUR FITNESS @ THE COLLECTION

Clean equipment, friendly staff, ive always felt comfortable coming in once i got over my initial shyness. Bathrooms being so clean was a big plus in my eyes! They have all the equipment thats used in the program im on as well as extra classes! Highly recommend this gym!

The reason for the 1 star is for the customer service given by one of the employees, Maria in the front desk. The facility looks great but I went to check the gym out to enroll and her attitude was poorly, her answers were very short and not helpful at all, it seemed like she didn't want to provide a good customer service for a potential member to enroll. Scaring new business away, I left with a bad experience

Large number of platforms and machine selection. Everything you need plus more. Facility in excellent condition and if something is broken, they fix it! Excellent customer service from Tristan. The whole staff is always ready to answer questions and be helpful.

Good gym equipment but the staff really needs to enforce putting back the equipment. I’m always tripping over weights and cleaning up after others. They’re never out making rounds. Edit: spoke to Andrew today and he basically said there are maintenance crews that cleanup and due to staffing shortages it is hard to go around and cleanup. He said it’s the people who don’t put their weights back. I agree it’s the people that need to be told to put their weights back. He said they usually only have one person on staff. I find this hard to believe because because when I’m there in the morning there are usually at least two people in the front talking when one can go around ensuring people are putting their weights back. Tristen GM, sounds like you either need more people if there really is only a staff of one person, or you need to tell them and ensure they split up and do rounds to tell people to put their weights back. Simple concept but maybe it’s hard to implement.

Great club with updated nautilus and hammer strength style machines, tons of free weights that go up as high as most bodybuilders like myself so I'm not slighting my people can count, multiple power racks, various barbells of different dimensions, indoor and outdoor turf straps for cross-fit and functional training, sauna, cinema cycle room, a merchandise store, protein supps, you name it. I paid $1 for my first month and $35/mo for an all access, gold pass that allows me to bring a guest and I can be a guest at ANY Gold's in the world with no fee.

i’ve personally never been but i have had those calls from chris and god damn greatest man to ever exist hands down best worker of all time and bro made me feel like family over the phone bless that man’s heart someone hand em a raise
