Bagels are still excellent but they are increasingly getting orders wrong. Got to the beach only to discover my bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel was on a roll instead. This kind of thing is happening a lot these days. You guys aren’t handcrafting Ferraris here, maybe visit a Subway or Chipotle and learn about the benefits of the assembly line…
The good: bagels are good The bad: service is painfully slow, inefficient and unorganized. They gave my order to wrong person so that customer didn't get what they ordered and I waited for an order of 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese that never came until I complained after 30mins. Not worth the wait!!
Cannot get an order correct. Been coming here for years. Starting about 12 months ago, they started making mistakes on every order. Now it is consistent and they haven’t gotten an order right in a very long time. Today, they messed up “on the side”. After pointing out their error, they scraped the cream cheese off the bagel into a cup. We also got bacon instead of sausage on our breakfast sandwiches. Game over. Just destroying a good brand through terrible service.
Ordered the famous fish platter for catering and had an Uber delivery driver pick up and deliver on my behalf. The staff was super helpful in arranging and the recipient was super pleased with the quality and quantity of what they received. Thanks a ton!
Only had the bagels and they are excellent, cream cheese is good. The interior design is ok/functional. Took us 5 minutes to be served.Food: 5/5
Came back up to NY for a wedding and stopped here for bagels. So good. We were very happy.Food: 5/5
Simple. Savoury. Specialties. Always a line at this location! Decent food. Ok bagels. Overhyped I call this place the "Starbucks Jr of East Hampton"Food: 4/5
Not the friendliest staff, but we enjoyed the spicy hobo and regular hobo. Good coffee. Out of plain bagels, so we branched out and tried the garlic bagels and were glad of it. We both would have preferred some cream cheese to the hashbrown, but who are we to suggest a change to a staple? Napkins are the size and thickness of single-ply tissue. We made more of a mess trying to use them than if we'd wiped our mouths on our sleeves.
Delicious bagels! Best in the Hamptons by far. Friendly staff. Lines look long but move extremely fast. Menu has a wide variety of sandwiches. Easy parking and a great location.
Can you believe that this is what I received when I ordered a dozen gluten-free bagels? If I knew I was going to get seven packaged bagels from a famous bagel place I could have just gone to the grocery store.
