March 27th 2022 If I could I would give no stars. This was the most horrible experience ever. Barely any food on the buffet. The few items there was. It was cold. After being seated asked for silverware. Was told to get it from the server. Had to wait almost 20 minutes before anyone brought us anything. I told my son to asked the manager. She said that the server would bring it to us. No apology whatsoever. The whole time seating there. No refills, table is dirty. The workers in street clothes. Walking around on their cell phone. Manager was more concerned about the larger group then anything else. She made sure they had their drinks and silverware. I will not be back at this location ever. And I will be sure to warn family and friends. I wish I would have read the reviews before even coming here. Sundays is the busiest day of any restaurant. They should have been better prepared. Even after sitting here for about 30 minutes. They was only putting a few items at a time out. With a restaurant full of people. And people still waiting to get in and be seated. Food should have been going down non stop. Corporate will be hearing from me. A big wasted of $38.00. Service and food was horrible to the max. Staff need retraining on everything including the manager. Stop by before heading home. This place needs to be shut down and start fresh with a whole new crew
My son treated the family here for New Year's. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of my food. Everything was very good. I did two rounds, 2 meats plates, 1 Veggies plate and 1 with meats and veggies. No dessert. Vegetarian options: Only thing was, they had no Sweet Potatoes/Yams
The greeter was nice and there was no wait for me since I got there at 11. The foods fine if you're really hungry, and it's certainly filling, but I've had better tasting food at high school cafeterias. There's a Chinese buffet down the street that's much better. I suggest you go there. UPDATE I was wrapping up my time there right after writing this and decided to try some bread pudding since usually it's good no matter where you are. After a few bites I realized I was having a mild allergic reaction. I didn't see anyone behind the counter at the dessert table so I pulled one of the staff aside and asked what was in it. As far as I'm aware I have a low level nut allergy but I shouldn't be allergic to anything in an average bread pudding. The staff not only didn't know what was in the pudding but said that the chef who made it barely speaks English anyway. I'm sticking with coffee now.
Our Watress was very nice & attentive. The Fish was very good however the food choice was very limited for a Dinner meal...& very few Desserts...Restaurant needs A Major Cleaning! Bathrooms were filthy!!!Dine in: Yes
We went for Sunday brunch and was shocked at the lack of food selections, the dirty tables, and the cold, tasteless food. The cashier was friendly and efficient and the few servers they had were trying to take care of their tables but the food was no where near hot, tasty, or enjoyable. The plate box was empty and they only offer disposable forks. They only had a small area of the bar that had basic selections of eggs, pancakes, commissary biscuits, hash browns…etc and even with a severely limited menu the food was still cold, stale, and unseasoned. I would not recommend and would definitely not return. Had they let us know when walking in and before we paid that they had a limited menu so they were offering a discounted rate we would have at least redefined our expectations but at full price we were expecting the advertised breakfast buffet.
Turkey was great as well as the ham and the roast was superb however the stuffing was wet and mushy. Not much selection on desert. No pumpkin, cheesecake or buttermilk pie. Still not bad. Just me and dad this tear so no cooking or cleaning is nice and our server was a sweetheart.
We went for the breakfast buffet. I don't think that I can find the words to fully explain how bad the food was. Whoever cooked the breakfast had to be drunk. The bacon was half raw, the sausage was undercooked and cold. The eggs were overcooked and had no moisture. The gravy looked to be straight from a can and the grits were trash The milk was warm and they had no orange juice. They gave my wife fruit punch and it was just colored water. Me and my 2 sons went here for breakfast in 2019 and it was excellent so it might be under new management now but I wouldn't take my dog there now. Whoever is the kitchen lead should have some pride in the presentation and taste of their food. This restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Monique was a very attentive waitress. She was very nice and although she had multiple tables to keep up with, she still checked in on us as much as possible doing the work of 3. Also the manager on duty was very helpful with the overwhelming amount of customers and helping her staff out. Always love to see that. These people are understaffed and still on top of their game, please be nice as they are doing the best they can with the staff they have.
Unfortunately, this Golden Corral was not up to par for myself or my family. We were there maybe 10 mins and decided that we were not going to eat there. Especially after seeing that the food that was on the buffet was old. The water for the corn looked like sewer water, and the pizza for the kids was cold. We as a family decided that we would take our business elsewhere. The cashier was really nice and so was the manager who gave us a refund. He asked if we could give them a chance to correct it by placing fresh food, but we were already set to go. We really did appreciate the customer service that the night shift showed.
The food was good and warm but the desert bar was pretty much empty so I didn’t get to try anything other that some cookies. The place could use a good cleaning because the bathrooms were disgusting and the the food bars were pretty nasty too. And our waitress wasn’t very good at giving us refills. In all the food was good but I’m not sure I would want to spend $40 for two people again.
