It's been a while since I've visited this location. The staff is friendly and attentive. The wide selection of food options is fantastic. I did my usual 3 plates and then dessert. I'm happy to say I waddled out fully satisfied and looking forward to my upcoming food coma.
Rigelia Very attentive, refilled our drinks and removed plates that needed to be removed. She also did provide us with coffee straws, Which is really rare because every time we gone they never provided to us. She was also very nice enough to sing Happy Birthday for our mother. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!Food: 5/5
The drinks that are upfront where you pay were horrible. The sweet tea tasted like dishwater. The lemonade tasted like salt water. I honestly thought I was just gonna have to drink water until I asked our servant if the drinks in the back tasted different and yes they did. The chicken was good. The orange chicken was good too. They should work on using less salt. I was looking forward to having steak, but the server who was making the steak was very rude, unpleasant, & unapproachable. I approached him asking for well done he tells me the steaks are still red. I asked him how long will the wait be he says 10 minutes. I come back in 10 minutes he tells me the steaks are still red. I begin to observe him and he kept giving them away while they were still medium rare. How will they ever get well done if you keep giving them away medium rare. Which was prolonging my waiting time. I have never been here and will never come back. I was invited here, so not much I could do. As soon as we walked in you could smell the stench of the carpets so I didn't even want to eat. Everything looked dry so I thought you can't go wing with baked chicken, but I was wrong, it had no flavor. Then I tried some fried shrimp which was not good either so I didn't eat it, I ended up eating zucchini, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and rice. So disappointed. The only thing good about this place was the bus boy, he was very kind and attentive. Not worth the time or price.

I've been coming here for the last 10 years and love this restaurant but I must give a 2 star review today. In fact, I was only going to give a 1 star but because my complaint was handled well and promptly by the supervisor on duty, I'll keep it at 2. So here's what happened: I had lined up for their steak and when it was my turn to order, I asked for a medium rare. The steak prep told me he only had rare right now so I said that's fine, I'll step to the side and wait a few minutes I didn't want to block the line in case someone else wanted a rare steak. After about 2 minutes, I asked the prep if my medium rare was ready yet. His response to me was that I had to get back in line, a really long line. I asked him why and reminded him that I already lined up once and was just waiting on the side for my steak to be ready. He gave me attitude, basically letting me know that he didn't care, and once again told me that I had to line back up? I was very upset and embarrassed at this point because our conversation was drawing up a lot of attention. I decided to go find the supervisor and let him know what was going on. He told it was weird that the steak prep would make me line back up and told me that he would personally deliver a medium rare to my table. I really appreciate the supervisor delivering the steak to my table and how he promptly handled the situation, but I do also hope that the supervisor takes the time to consider this review I'm leaving and coaches his team on the importance of customer service, especially toward someone that's been coming here quite often for the last 10 years.
We went to dinner last night and it was pretty good they have a lot of Different foods from salads steaks chines food Mexican italian and American food to desserts .. my favorite part was the strawberries cover with chocolate made at the moment and the service of the waitress was good very clean tables But the reason of the 4 starts was the restrooms both women and men was dirty and smelly and no ac on it After all good experience
Pretty decent food here and all of the servers I've interacted with are really patient and attentive. The food selection is great when it comes to variety and the desserts are really the icing on the cake terrible pun intended when it comes to finishing off your eating experience here.Food: 4/5
Best buffet Golden Corral in Southern California. No line. Very, very clean. Great service, amazing price for all you can eat and grilled steak available for dinner. SIMPLY THE BEST! even now with the pandemic. They have disposable gloves available for everyone and sanitizing stations where you get your plates. Bathrooms also very clean.
First appearance is a friendly cashier I was please with her. Only negative that when I inform the manager. He promised to fixed it but I still see it didn't happened right away. I saw their worker dropped the stainless steel food container to the floor; where all workers stepped thru, behide the hot serving steak. He picked it up, then put more food in the container and leave it on top of the tall cabinet. The manager said he will tell him but I saw he did talk to but I did not see any attempt to wash the container or replaced a new clean one. I felt gross and wished that I did not see it because it might spoil my appetite. After we sat down and eat, overall the server was friendly and helpful.She attempted to fill our beverages and gave us extra set of utensils. The food was edible and tasty. I tried to eat 98% off the the food I picked. 2% left over were extra fat or burnt food. We went home and rested, 2 hrs later, my stomach didn't feel good. I hoped and prayed that I will be fine.
