There is no better Pharmacy. I have been going to Golden Cove Pharmacy for 7 years. Dr. George, Phil and the rest of the gang are very friendly, knowledgable and go above and beyond to help their customers. I am very lucky to have found this place. Now my animals are equally fortunate because GCP now sells medication for them too. themasas

Two of my dogs need their medication compounded. They love the taste of their medication and it's been so much easier to give it to them since we started getting it compounded. They also ship it to my house in just a couple of days and it's so much more convenient! Thank you!

I am lucky to know Dr. George the owner of Golden Cove pharmacy for past couple of years. He is an incredibly knowledgeable, caring and kind which has the best staff around him. All your related questions is always answered with a big smile. Also their price is great comparing to big/ chain pharmacies. My recent experience with this pharmacy was about the skin rash/ chronic Hives/Alergy , .... which was very frustrating for past seven months. Going from one doctor to another including Dermatologist, Allergy doctor and tried numerous prescription drugs including $2000 histamine blocker injection you name it nothing did work for me till George offered me a Compound cream which was a miracle and after 2 days of applying the cream all the skin rash and itch was gone. I personally call him an "Angel".

Just as I thought the customer service and personal attention of a community pharmacy was lost in the abyss that is the large corporate chain, I found Golden Cove Pharmacy! This place is incredible. The pharmacist, Dr. George Wissa, spent a lot of time explaining my medication and answering all my questions. Not once did he seem to be in a rush or being forced to out of obilgation. He genuinely cares about his patients and their education of their medication. His level of service and attention to detail were a nice reminder that a real pharmacy still exists. On top of all this, his staff are very well educated and eager to help and answer questions as well, especially Philip! My overall experience has been nothing short of perfect. I have since recommended this place to all my friends and family. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

They were great until they stopped taking my insurance. I was paying $120 for a prescription I got down the street for $20. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable however it seems the structure of the pharmacy is starting to change.

Golden Cove Pharmacy harkens back to the good old days of having a neighborhood pharmacist you can rely on to get individualized care. I have given up on pharmacy chains in Ralphs, CVS, etc. for the customized care you get here. As a customer, you are no longer a number. George, Phillip and staff answer all your questions, greet you by name, preorder your refills so they are waiting for you pretty much before you're out, and take the time to discuss alternative treatments that can be compounded, or are over the counter when a medication may be too strong, too expensive, or even at times, unnecessary. I seek out their advice and they are extremely helpful and generous. They are able to research your questions on the spot and the longest I've ever waited for a new prescription was 5 minutes. There were times at the Ralphs' pharmacy I waited five days for a refill only to find out they never contacted my physician. Enough with that frustration! This would never be the case at Golden Cove. I can't say enough great things about this shop. I've been bringing my business to them since they opened, and I'm thrilled that they've become a permanent fixture to our big "little" town.

My girlfriend had an emergency dental issue and we called in the pain prescription asap. Even though it was 10 till 7pm the doctor and staff stayed late so that we could fill our prescription and pick it up. Thank you so much Dr. George! This is the best neighborhood pharmacy in Palos Verdes maybe even the whole South Bay.

Excellent pharmacy, excellent service, professional staff, helpful advice. They showed us how our medical insurance pays for our flu shots, they even came to our house to vaccinate my mother who could not make it to their pharmacy.

Golden Cove pharmacy provides excellent, fast service to my patients. They are very nice. . Many of my patients take it vantage of their delivery service. I appreciate working with them

Most personalized service I've received in a pharmacy since Eddie Skinner was arround! George and Phillip are helpful, attentive and knowledgable. For my meds George's prices are better than CVS.
