We are a MMA Facility located in West Haven CT. We offer Muay Thai, Wrestling, BJJ, and Athletic training built around MMA competition.
The Golden Falcon Gym offers comprehensive youth and adult martial arts programs. The schedule offers an array of classes in the striking arts (boxing & kickboxing) and in the grappling arts (wrestling & Jiu Jitsu). Our aim is to build self-confidence, self-discipline, mental and physical strength, body awareness, and an overall heightened sense of empowerment.
The MMA program targets athletes of all levels of experience and athletic ability. Whether you are just beginning, or an established fighter, the MMA program provides a challenging, progressive and fun environment. GFG has an established MMA Fight team which actively competes in MMA competition in the northeast.
