I’ve boarded my dog here before and I absolutely loved it then, and I love this place even more now! I decided to do the lodge and learn package for my pup. The trainers are incredible, sending daily updates about what they did with my dog, how my dog was doing, and advice on how to continue training exercises at home. They also sent me two photos of her and two videos of her walking with the trainer so I could see how she was doing and exploring the training yard. My dog also got her first grooming session and I have to give a huge shout out to the groomers as well. Her coat was silky smooth perfection for several weeks after. She already has a pretty soft coat, but it felt like I was touching a cloud! This place is incredible, all of their staff are very lovely and wonderful, and you can tell that they love animals. The staff is very responsible and will immediately contact you with any issues or concerns they may have with your pet. I highly recommend the Golden Paws Pet Resort!

My dog Carl had a wonderful experience with the staff and facilities Golden Paws has to offer. The reception staff was great setting up his stay and detailed their amenities and services.  As Carl is an Alaskan Malamute puppy, they called me right away when he was having some socialization issues and took care of him individually. From the moment we checked in, the staff was great! The online forms made it a breeze to drop our dog off and head out on vacation! A mid week update was sent with a picture of him playing in an enclosed area. I had no doubt my pup would be safe, fed, and well taken care of! They truly view the pets as their own and make them feel like family! Since his stay was over four days, they bathed him.  His coat looks great! The staff even asked if he had any sensitive skin allergies. I cannot say enough positive things about them! I will continue to bring my pup here knowing that he will be well cared for and loved. Thanks again Golden Paws! -John B.

I had my dog stayed at GPPR for five days with the most expensive lodging package and I am very disappointed. First of all, I brought my dog two chewing donuts for him to spend time with and when I got him, those two donuts are still there in the bag even with the tag on. If anyone would pay attention to my dog they would have given him the toys I brought him. Secondly, there were discoloration and swelling on both sides of his nose, which has never happened to him before. No matter it’s because of allergy or even infection, I have the reason to suspect the cleanliness of his room. Thirdly he went back home drinking a lot of water so I think they were limit the amount of water the dogs can drink. And lastly, my package contains a mid-visit E-photo so where is that photo??? I seriously wonder if anyone work here care about the dogs:

Stacy is a great trainer.  She works so well with my dog, who absolutely loves her.  I will definitely continue my dog's training at Golden Paws. Thank you also to the gentleman I don't remember his name but he works at the front desk.  I wanted to book a 5 day overnight stay  coming up in August and he gave me a wonderful and thorough tour of the boarding facility.  He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me everything that I needed to know to decide on the proper boarding package. Thank you also to the employee who completed all of the booking for my dog today at the front desk. She was great too.  Thank you very much for a great staff.

My boys love their visits to Golden Paws! They are so well taken care of and we are always informed of any issues. It gives us peace of mind knowing they are happy and comfortable and getting top notch care!!

We trust and love this place, staff is extremely friendly, they all know the pets' names and immediately respond when you arrive. We do daycare, boarding and have had our Golden Doddle groomed. Amazing place for pets!

We left our senior dog at Golden Paws while we were out of the country for 18+ days.  We were very worried about him faring well, being older and being there for an extended stay.  He came back happy and looking great.  We've already booked a subsequent stay.

My cat comes home looking great. Every time he goes to Golden Paws. The staff makes me feel like they really are happy to see him and that they will take very good care of him. We have been going to Golden Paws with our dog and cat since they opened and has always found them to be extremely caring!

My Cavapoo had a training evaluation day, today. The trainer, Stacey, provided us with information on how our puppy would be trained and gave us a lot of time to ask questions. Showing us the very clean facilities was beneficial.  She even provided us with pictures of our puppy interacting with others.

Our dog stayed the weekend at Golden Paws and we were very happy with how easy it was to drop off and pick up. He was very happy when we got him back and they took exceptional care of him!
