New owner from a couple of years ago. Very bad customer service. After picking up suit pants, hook was ripped. I asked for repair, the owner refused to admit that it came from them and refused to fix it. I'm done with that place after 10 years of business.

The owners are always friendly and welcoming! Their work is great; my clothes are always ready when promised and their prices are reasonable!
