The few times I’ve went there they never have a door for you at given apt time. Have to go park at a truck stop not close or in the street outside tow away zone and wait 1-3 hrs for a call to a door. I’ve always been able to park in the street though for the few hrs. Once in a door it’s usually about 2hrs to get bills. Kinda tight but not that bad.

Today Saturday I arrive an hour before a delivery, they gave me a door in less than an hour and it was empty

Got in two hours ahead of appt. Had Paperwork in hand by original appt. time and on my way. Just fyi- bathroom in back of guard house. Staff were friendly and professional.

I’ve been here twice and I’ve had zero issues. Got in and out quick enough.

Truckers with a longer frame, be aware of the available space at the guard station. Quick unload, in and out in hour. Dry van division doesnt work on Saturdays, so double check with your broker if your dry van load appt is on Saturday. Dont go too early, most likely you would anyways wait for appt time at the dock. Decent space for maneuvers, no overnight parking available in 30 miles radius. Dont try with Walmart nearby 500$ claw.

My company insists on delivering to this place. I recommend staying far far away. Got here 2hrs early for a delivery, was told they would unload me quick, put me right into a dock. After 2 an a half hrs of waiting still not unloaded. They are still the worst place ever to deliver to. No regard for your time or HOS. No sense being early if all they're going to do is run you out of time. If anything they are consistently disrespectful. Plan on spending at least 5hrs in a dock.

Very good warehouse DC clean lot . Organized check in leave bol with guard go to assigned door . Wait in truck at unload they bring signed paperwork to you friendly good experience if your load comes here they take care of you thanks to them all !

Easy access. no on site parking. Easy unload, leave your bills with the guard back into the dock with your doors closed and they will just bring the paperwork to you when they are done and you drive out. Only problem is lack of communication.

Have nothing but good things to say about this place and the people! We were 45 min late due to work construction traffic and accidents took 7 1/2 hrs to go 300 mi...anyways, they accepted us, got us to a door and unloaded us quick. Was there maybe a total of 1 1/2 hrs. Everyone from the guard to the lady who calls with the doc door to the guy that brought our paperwork were all very friendly!! Thank You MB!!

I arrived at location before my appointment. They went ahead n put in a door but they did need my product asap. They unloaded me fast n they break seal n open the doors from inside. But there were other trucks parked on the street in the middle of the road, I think that's the only parking close to the customer. Friendly employees. U can not check in no more than 1 hr prior to ur appointment time.
