Well stocked. Convenient. Rob is knowledgeable and easy going and the shop has a lot of items. I paid $35 more for a Taurus TX 22 comparing to Cabela’s, but it saved me 2 hours of driving, so it is worthwhile for me. Don’t expect to find bottom price here.

Nice place looked like that had a lot of guns. He is closing shop after 30 years bought some ammo.

I rarely give reviews but in this case I really should have to save you some money and aggravation. On the beginning of October I brought my S&W 625-3 revolver to install front and rear fiber optics sights. The owner - Rob said it would take him 2-3 weeks and asked for $75 deposit. When I asked how much was the job he said it shouldn't be more than $75. Three weeks passed and I haven't heard from him so I called the store. He said he was busy because of hunting season and he needs additional week. Still no phone call from him so I called in the middle of fifth week to inquire. He was now telling me that he was very sick different story and apologized. He said he would need another 2-3 weeks. I told him that I was coming on Saturday to pick up the gun regardless if it is finished or not. He said he understands and apologized again. So I come on Saturday, 5 weeks from the time I dropped the gun and to my surprise he said he felt bad about the whole situation and installed the front sight for me. He also said that the rear sight can not be installed because the horizontal adjustment screw would snap if he tries to remove it need to remove it to install the rear sight even when using special tool. He told me to call the company I got the sight from and ask them to send me the complete rear sight. Kind of surprise but I am not the gunsmith. And of course he charged me $75 even though $75 should cover the installation of front and rear sights. I email the place I bought the sight from asking exactly what the owner of Golden Trigger Gun Shop has told me. They replied that the installation requires special tool for removal of the horizontal adjustment screw and if I ship the complete sight to them they would do it for $15 including shipping back to me. So now you can judge for yourself what kind of store is that. Safe your time and money and go somewhere else.

I came in to look around at first and walked out with my first handgun purchase. Excellent customer service experience as Rob was incredibly insightful and knowledgeable about the fire arms. Will definitely return for future purchases

I love coming to Golden Trigger to shop for guns. The owners are always so so friendly and give some of the best services. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is on the market looking for a place to shop. They have a great selection, some good brands like Smith & Wesson, Sig Sauer, Girsan and Canik, and others. In addition to their great service, any problems you might have with your equipment, you can always bring it back to them and they will handle it for you! This is an awesome place to shop.

Despite being a smaller shop, Golden Trigger has a decent selection of pistols and rifles. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly once you get to know him. However, he can initially come off as abrasive/rude and acts inconvenienced when you call over the phone looking for something. But the two star rating is for what many other reviews have mentioned before - They are incredibly overpriced. I’ve been to many other shops in the Lehigh Valley and he is the most costly by far. You can go practically anywhere else get something for 50, 75 or even 100+ dollars less.

If you want to pay over sticker price, or want to be treated like a burden shop here. Also for those wondering the FFL online transfer fee is $100 when most other places are a quarter of that.

I had been in search for a reliable hunting rifle for quite some time. My wife and in-laws have known Rob and Robin for over 20 years and encouraged me to check out the Golden Trigger… and let me tell you; I’m sure happy I did. Not only did they have the exact rifle in the caliber I wanted, but it was the exact old fashioned wood finish I had been looking for! Not to mention they gave me a great price on the rifle, I couldn’t pass up on it. Rob and Robin are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful, and I will only be going through them from now on with any of my firearm needs! Can’t thank you both enough!

I was at this store yesterday and looked at this brand new pistol. The salesman said it is brand new. But when I inspect the firearm it appears it was fired recently. I know what it looks like when it was test fired from the manufacturer. It is very very very overpriced. I went to 507 Outfitters and they had that similar firearm for $500 less. I will not going back to this store.

The Golden Trigger was my fifth gun store that i went to today. The previous 4 were nearly out of inventory. Golden Trigger had a great selection Even though the owner, Rob, assured me that 70% inventory had sold. The shop was clean, well lit, and the inventory was displayed nicely throughout the aisles. Rob and his wife were very friendly and helpful. I've lived in Pennsylvania for 4 years and have been to my fair share of Gun Stores, but this place has been my best experience yet. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Will also be recommending to family and friends. BEST AROUND HANDS DOWN!
