The worst customer service every. Been living in this area for 11 years, always had a washer and dryer. Only been here 2 times both bad expierience.  First time light says open but door locked sat outside20 mins. Then she pops out saying in restroom very tudely like im an inconvenience.  Now my 2nd trip sign says close at 9pm i get thie 7:30 and she says they're closed. All i needed to do was dry clothes. Also last time here told the lady another gentleman needed help look like she had an attitude with me. Will never get my $ again.

Only went there because it’s close to my house. I was using a XL machine and set a timer on my phone for the laundry. I went to sit in little lobby area and when my timer went off, I walked back to my machine to find that the attendant was actively taking my clothes out for another person to use the machine. Very weird and unprofessional. ALOT of Machines don’t work, bathroom doesn’t work. The attendant walks around with a screwdriver to help you get your coins out when the machines jam, which is often. Tv doesn’t work, vending machines collecting dust. I think the owner is a nice person but the building lacks love and attention. The staff he hires don’t really care.

This place needs. A clean up the machine around all the doors are mold up that's crazy needs a deep clean need asap

This laundry or coin laundry is totally ruined down. The owner has machines that are broken. The floors are dirty, stained, old, & in horrific conditions. How disrespectful an owner can be towards his customers having a laundry mat in these conditions. He has soda machines that are dirty and not working just taking up space. He is very lucky that this coin laundry is in a good location and there is a need.  Dirty, dirty, dirty all the way

The lady at the front was super nice. She helped me when I had the money stuck in the machine. She was very pleasant and professional. This was the first time using a laundromat as my washer a home had broken and we are waiting for it to be fixed. Great place and great service!

This place is ok for an emergency stop.  Most of the machines are broken and dirty where the soap dispenser goes, and the place needs some repairs and maintenance.  The employees can be more warm and friendly. 8/20/2022.

Online it says the business is open until 9 PM. I was there at 6:45 PM & was told they close @ 8 PM due to the virus. I even showed their employee where the online profile reflects a 9 PM closing time. This was after driving from work to be closer to home instead of doing my laundry by work.  I strongly encourage this business to update their operating hours to show their accurate closing time. Especially since the post directly before had the same complaint.  So instead, I drove to Crystal Clean Coin Laundry off of Crystal Lake. They were open until 9 PM exactly like it showed online.  I had never been here before, but it is nice and clean and the attendant is helpful and polite. I’ll definitely be back.

People here is very rude specially the employees always have a bad actitud.

The rude lady in there stole my quarter. The quarter got eaten up by machine and when I asked for it back she said too bad, oh well.  So I finished my washing and was leaving with 4 loads of wet clothes. When I left she asked me 'aren't you going to dry' to that i told her 'you stole my quarter so i'm taking my business elsewhere.'  Then when she saw I had like $10.00 of drying to do she offers me back my quarter.  I told her keep it, you need it in this broken down laundromat where the machines never work.  If anyone writes a good review about this place they are LYING.  THE WOMAN THERE IS RUDE MEAN AND THE MACHINES NEVER WORK.

I have been to this laundromat a few times, and it was alright. Today my husband and I went, over half the dryers were out of order and the washers were filthy. We put our clothes in the dryer and then sat in the car for 20 minutes as it was extremely hot in there with no air conditioning on and a lot of people there. We went back in two minutes before our dryers went off. The woman there was very rude and told us to get our clothes out of the dryers as there were others waiting to use them, although there were other dryers there with done clothes and still full. She opened my dryer and told me, “get your clothes out of the dryer, people need it.” She could have cared less, but her friends/family were more important. I’m sorry, but I refuse to go back after being treated the way we were, especially since we went back in and started unloading the dryers we used. Horrible customer service!
