Goldfinch is an independent project space that seeks to provide a physical, conceptual, and discursive framework for contemporary visual practices through exhibitions, artists’ talks, informal salon discussions, and the written word. Located in an 880 square foot ground floor space in E. Garfield Park, we are embedded within a large warehouse housing numerous artists’ studios. In keeping with this context, we strive to bring an experimental, un-branded, and laboratory-like sensibility to our exhibition program.
