The Goldfish school exceeded my expectations. The school is perfectly designed for little swimmers. There is a large changing area with many private rooms, hair dryers, and swimsuit dryers. There are plenty of cubbies to store all of your things during class. Everything is clean and well maintained. Classes are great! The instructors are friendly and helpful. We go through a few exercises each week.
My daughter has been going here a year starting when she was 1 year old. She's only two and understands water safety, can float on her back, climb out independently, and swim 5 feet underwater! All the instructors we've had have been wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. The front desk staff has answered every question or issue and taken care of everything I needed. I would 100% recommend this location.
Melissa - At the front service desk is AWESOME and highly customer focused. She is attentive and follows thru extremely well. The overall facility and swim instructors are GREAT as well. Thanks to Gold Fish, my daughter has learned to swim and now May want to be part of the Swim Team at school.
Chelsea looks forward to swimming with her instructor Tay every Thursday! Tay makes her experience exciting and fun by applying Disney songs or characters her two year old imagination is familiar with to enhance her understanding of the swimming techniques she’s learning. She’s learning! We love our instructor and appreciate the special attention they take to make her class most productive. Kudos to Tay!
I’m always amazed at the consistently amazing service from the people here. I have to reschedule lessons for both of my kids at least once a month, and every time the staff is extremely accommodating at trying to get two make up lessons as close in time together as possible.
My daughter is advancing and loves attending her class. Her teacher makes swimming an enjoyable experience for a new swimmer.
Clean. Friendly. But I have too many dislikes to continue justifying paying the hefty monthly price. CONS: 1. It is so loud in the pool area, you can't even hear the instructor. Poor staff are nearly yelling for us. Too many times they apologized in advance for having a sore throat already. My 8 month old son seems a bit overwhelmed with how loud it it. Hell, I am. 2. Too many weird rules. The tokens, monthly enrollments, free family swim this day but not that - it is unnecessarily complicated. It is just swim class.... 3. Scheduling is too difficult. You can only reschedule a week out. If I can't make my assigned weekly class and want to reschedule for the next week.... I can't. For example, if I have a Sunday class I can't make and want to reschedule for next Tuesday instead...I can't. I have to wait three days to even see if anything is available. 4. They change the pricing often. 5. My son isn't really learning anything. Once in awhile the instrcutor will offer to take your kid and dunk them in the water etc. But otherwise you don't learn any real skills. 6. The class is only 30 minutes. When you have three or four other families at the same time as you it isn't possible to really teach anyone student/parent anything. Plus - you can't hear them. The short class also makes anything more than a 15 min drive not worth it, in my opinion. PROS: 1. Clean, bright and fun. I think I would continue to go if the class was a little longer, I could schedule whenever I want as long as their is availability, or they had an option to just do family swim.
The staff is really kind and generous All the stuff is nicely organized and neat. Also the art on the walls of the pool area is really nice 5 STARRRR
Great place for the kids. Very friendly staff and instructors. My kids love it! Meghan
Great place to start swimming lessons! I am very happy that i signed in. Prices are reasonable, pool is clean and very warm, stuff are very nice and polite. My son was 4 month old and he did great from first time, groups are very small and trainer is great! We do simple and fun exercise that really helps to teach baby to swim. Try not to skip classes, make up classes are available but hard to schedule, and i wish classes would be a bit longer, my baby having so much fun there!
