I am a manager of a bar and package store. We have had so many problems with our delivery driver. I finally told them he could not come back into our store to deliver. The next delivery date they sent the drivers supervisors. The following delivery date they sent the original driver, and he was told he can no longer deliver here. He would put beer on floor and in areas where it wasn't supposed to be. He was rude to our owner. When he was told he could not deliver here anymore he said we would never get anymore Miller products.

Not bad loading time for pickup2 hours or less. I had a 6am appointment, overnight truck parking is allowed on the street in front of the building . If no one answers the entrance gate buzzer, just walk in through the exit gate , once it opens as someone leaves , and walk to the recieving door , and they'll buzz you in.

Been here waiting overnight since 7pm and then the other drivers that just pulling in jump in front of you no organization appointments just a first come situation sad

Got here one day before my appointment and they even said anything. In and out in 30 minutes.

Receiving hours from 5am -10 am first time here i showed up at 5 trucks on side of road waiting to get in was told they wasn’t letting anyone in until they local trucks were loaded , they finally start letting trucks in around 8:30 am and assigned to a door and still wated 30 minutes to get loaded they claim they do appointment time but i dont see the point

If you have 500am apt these folks want answers gate and let you in till all there trucks out .you wasting drivers time and money recv is 5 to 10 am and you got big sign on gate that you lie about

Wrong rec/shipping hrs given. Load was refused even after appt changed. Next appt 4 days

Good place for delivery. Polite people. They start taking trucks from 5:30am FCFS! Easy in and out, unloading 30min- 60min. Overnight parking on the side of the street. Please drivers be respectful to each other, do not try to be smart, wait your turn. There are 20 receiving dock we all have enough space at once

I got here around 800am for a 930 am appointment. They put me in a door right away and unloaded me within an hour. The guy that does the paperwork is nice. You don't have to leave your truck once they give you a door a nice lady comes out and brings it to you. The only problem I had no one want to open the gate to let you in. Rest area and a couple of truck stops near by. I think this police station is across the street from this place so I wouldn't risk parking on the road.

I read the reviews before I booked the load. I figured it must’ve just been the drivers not doing what needed to be done so they made it hard on themselves. I WAS WRONG. Jordan is rude as advertised. I won’t accept another load here until there’s a review saying they have someone different in the receiving office. Good luck drivers. 2 hour unload.
