I called and asked for a "cheap bag to throw a few clubs in to take to the driving range. It's a canvas tube with a strap. I used to have one - It should be about $20." Based on that description, the man on the phone needed to put me on hold twice. He tried to sell me a $100 bag, then a $40 bag. After 10 minutes on the phone, he miraculously found a $20 canvas tube. When I arrived at the store, I provided the same description, and told them I called earlier. The man behind the counter tried to sell me a $100 bag. I bought the $20 canvas tube that they stock in the 1st aisle by the front door. It's in a plastic pouch. Amazon has a nicer option for $25, as well as a simple canvas strap option that wraps around the club shafts for $14.

I walked in. Worker- hello Me- hi how are you? Worker- fine Conversation ended with no help, assistance, or reciprocated gesture. Ill spend elsewhere.

Great experience with my fitting today. The salesperson made me feel comfortable, got me right into the simulator at no extra cost, and spent his time talking through all options with me. He was really interested in getting me something that works best for me, rather than pushing the most expensive options. I will definitely be coming back, and recommending this place to my friends. Shop local and get a better experience than the big chain competitors, can’t beat that!

Horrible service. They installed a grip wrong on my iron, it wasn't lined up properly. Took it back and asked if they could repair it and also replace the ferrule that was damaged. I waited 24 hours to use the club, and now after 1 range session the head is loose. They installed a shaft improperly on one of my drivers a few months ago. Come here if you don't value your golf clubs.

Great place with a very nice staff. The guy working didn't try to oversell me anything. He asked me a few questions, we chatted and he showed me just what I was looking for. Is recommend this place before you go to a bigger box store.

Went in with a broken driver, they repaired it on the spot and it has worked perfectly ever since. Great service, nice people to help you.

I purchased a set of irons and a driver from here. The customer service is great. The gentleman who helped me took his time with both purchases and helped me make the right decision. Will definitely be coming back whenever I need anything!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is ridiculously accommodating. They allowed me to demo clubs, and gave me plenty of tips and advice regarding iron set selection, at no charge. I left Golf Galaxy, after a bad experience, and drove straight to Golf discount. I will never give Galaxy another dollar after the stellar customer service and great all around experience I had with the Discount staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Golf community. Not to mention their prices are cheaper too! All around great experience!!

Always have a great experience at this shop. Have picked up a few new clubs and had some re-gripped here as well. Great selections from tons of brands and the team here can help you find just about anything you'll need on and off the golf course!
