I had to replace a crown yesterday and the dentist and her dental assistant worked to get the old crown off for nearly an hour straight, it was really cemented in. They got it off, but then got a mold/casting for a new one and put on a temporary crown. They worked super hard, had a good bedside manner and worked well with each other. I have been a patient for years and this is one of the best dental offices. It is like family here! David Cohen
They booked me 3 days ago for an appointment, when I came they said it's cancelled. No one ever informed me ahead of time. Today I came for an appointment I confirmed yesterday. When I came I was told it was rebooked without any notice. So frustrating! This did not happen only once. They did not bother calling me because they did not value clients. And you apologetic? I don't think so. Your staff never sounded she was apologetic with the mess she made. That was not about the problematic booking system. It was NEGLIGENCE! .

Our family dentist for 15 years. The staff are patient and considerate. They are friendly, making short conversations with their clients and are very kind towards kids. Their service is both quick and efficient, as well as reliable. Your teeth are well taken care of in this dentistry. The place itself is very clean and organized. The waiting area has a TV and books to keep clients entertained as well as a TV in the rooms to keep kids, who may be afraid of the equipment, occupied and happy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Their service is worth your time.

My family and I been coming to Gonzales Dentistry for years. They are so caring and so understanding! They’re flexible and will help in any way for the patient to be comfortable! The dentists and hygienist will talk to you first and ask how everything’s going, will ask if there’s any concerns. Like I said, they really make you comfortable. Especially for my younger kids, they make them feel safe and always praise that they’re doing well and being brave! I highly recommend you going to try them out! I’ve referred many people to them because they’re that great!
I’ve been Dr Heidi Gonzales’ patient for about 20 years now. I found her because I used to live in the area of her practice, then moved an hour away, and still go to her. I would not go to anyone else. Dr Gonzales knows dentistry. Period. She genuinely cares about her patients. She believes in preserving and restoring your teeth, she does not sell or upsell things you do not need. Dentists like her are now rare. I have a few old crowns/bridges and asked her if they needed replacing. Her reply was that they were still fine and that they therefore didn’t. She would tell me when it was time. That’s what I call trust. Her entire team, many of them with her since the beginning or 10+ years, are equally amazing and caring. Janette and Wilma are the friendly and efficient faces of the admin side. For most, a visit to the dentist is anxiety-inducing. Dr Gonzales and her team simply look after their patients and help you feel at ease. I’m dreading the day she retires. Sabine B.
Im Dr Heidi Gonzales and her team are amazing at every aspect of dental care. Not only are they aware of the needs of their patients, they are also aware of the needs of people that often are unable to financially afford immediate dental care. I value the kind of patient-centered and person-centered care that every staff, from front desk to dental professionals, offer to everyone that I know that comes through their clinic. They’ve been my and my family’s go to clinic for all dental care needs for over a decade now. I took my son to this clinic for his first dental appointment. We first saw the hygienist Charry. She was so wonderful with my little guy and made sure that she explained everything she was doing so that he would have a great first experience at the dentist. After finding some cavities, he then saw Dr Heidi Gonzales. I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr Gonzales. She was so gentle with my son when filling his cavities and made sure my little guy was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I would definitely go back here again and have recommended both Charry and Dr Gonzales to my friends with children! Keep up the amazing work!
