This car wash is so convenient and I get a good wash on my SUV. I like the fact that they have drying towels out for their patrons. Places where I have been before didn’t. I recommend this place.

Just want to say that Rod is an excellent manager and he deserves a raise. He helped me so much that day as bad as I felt and as bad as my car looked. I want to thank him for detailing my car in the 100 degree heat and offered me a bottle of water. Everyone needs to go to the Take 5 in Trussville and ask for Rod! Best experience ever!

I have been totally satisfied with the service and upkeep of cleaning tools and products! The employees are always helpful. The actual wash meets my expectations. If I wanted it any better I would have to hand wash myself!

To be honest I use to work there and everything was pretty good loved working there but after time went by things started to change for employees and costumers they started taking everything away no scrubbing no air fresheners. And as far as the employees go they promise raises for the ones that work hard and put they hard effort into taking care of the costumers but never see the pay raise and they expect you to continue to do extra for less. Its not fair to costumers or employees

The cost of this carwash is ludicrous! I’ve purchased the cheaper one at $16 and still dirty! Today I purchased the $25 one! STILL DIRTY! This is definitely NOT Goo Goo carwash. Customer service is gone! Someone scrubbing the wheels and bugs off the car is NOT there. I just spent what it costs for 3 people to eat at McDonald’s. I will NOT be back and do NOT recommend anyone else either! I loved It before this lazy company purchased it. It’s surreal I was stupid enough to pay this much for ONE carwash!

Don't pay $25 for a single wash! They offer a $40/month unlimited washes plan. My wife and I both use it once a week, which comes out to $5 a wash. Greeter was very helpful getting me signed up. Car wash itself could do a little better job, but overall I can't complain.

The representative was very nice and helpful. I really  appreciated her service.  Unfortunately my car wasn't clean after 2 attempts. My wash included the double wash tire shine & the bug remover but large amounts of visible black dirt was still on my tire rims & a good amount of bugs. My SUV also had dirt marks in certain areas where the cloth did not touch. After the wash the blower did not blow properly. My entire car was dripping with a lot of water. Last but not least the vaccum had less suction than normal & only 4 other people were using them. This was not my 1st time at this location, but it was my 1st time since they have changed their name & products. I left with a partially cleaned car ..

It is very convenient to my office and most of the people are friendly. It usually does a good job but I mainly use it because of the convenience. I have a Corolla and for some reason it doesnt wash the lower 6-8 inches of my car. I always have to either wipe it off with a towel or wash it when I get home

I bought a membership because this is the best car wash experience I have had. The quality of service performed is awesome. No spots, pollen or dirt left on my car. My husband also has a membership for his car. Try Take 5 and you will never use another car wash.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

The worst wash I’ve ever gotten. I have water spots all over my car. I usually go to raindrop car wash down the road but decided to try this one. Never again though, this wash is horrible but the employees were niceServices:&nbsp;Auto detailing
