Why eat sourdough?
Sourdough is an ancient method of bread making which started in 3700 BC. The bread rises without any additives and stays fresh and moist for 2-5 days. Without preservatives and not processed it gives you the benefits of a grain without having digestive problems.
My bread is a wheat sourdough bread with slow fermentation and it does not harm people with gluten issues. The sour dough’s bacteria feed on the gluten and so the bread is easier to digest. The only ingredients in my bread are whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, water and salt. Not all bread are the same:

How does it work to get fresh bread delivered to your door?
We deliver Monday through Friday from: Ojai East End to Downtown Ventura and all in-between.
When you become a subscriber you pay for 4 weeks in advance. And, are automatically billed by PayPal for each month. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. You choose how often you want our bread and give us your address and your preferred days. We will confirm according to our route the weekday we will deliver to your door.
All you have to do is to put a bag out for us. ( We always have a spare one if you forget)
If you are skipping a day because of vacation etc, Just let us know by call, text or email and we will deliver on another day!
We are using only paper to wrap the bread. Please put a paper or cloth bag by your door. HEALTHY YOU HEALTHY PLANET.
Our Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread is slow-fermented. The live sourdough feeds on the gluten in the dough. The harmful gluten is mostly gone! This bread is made like our ancestors did all over the world for centuries!
