Worst furniture store ! Do not buy from them they are a scam I had placed an order for a new bedroom set including new mattress and box spring and what I received does not look new or damaged from delivery they told me I can’t get a refund since I didn’t get a protection plan but I would’ve assumed I was getting new mattress this is disgusting! My daughter was home and she signed when delivered I was not home I inspected when I got home and I call right away Juliana said she would refund me my money but now they are saying they won’t I will never buy from them again please don’t make the mistake I made from buying from them !
Very happy with my new recliner and storage bed! Cassandra helped us out today and she was very patient and informative I recommend going to her for any of your furniture/appliance needs! Also thanks Eli and Leo for delivering it
I was nervous coming here by myself but the girls made me feel welcome & comfortable. I didn’t get the name of one of them but both were great. Marianna was very sweet & knowledgeable & explained everything to me in a way that I understood. She gave me a couple different financing options and helped me choose the option that was best for me. I am more than satisfied with my experience. It was extremely easy & stress free. My furniture was delivered today, super fast and friendly. Thank you Eli & Claudio!!!
My family and I were looking for a sofa set to replace our outdated one. Upon entering the establishment, Liliana was professional, accommodating, and friendly. She did not hesitate to help us with the set of reclining sofas at the front of the store. Not only did she let us have a feel for the reclining feature, she also explicitly told us of the minor defects they would come with. She was upfront and transparent with the info and details. Definitely recommend giving Good Deals a try for furniture pieces, especially working with Liliana!
I bought two sectionals one of the sectional had two cup holders missing i went back to the store and told them they said they couldn't do anything about it. I feel it's pretty petty of them not to replace the cup holders as I bought two sectionals cash, they lost me as a customer
Great customer service at the Pittsburgh store. Nataly was very patient and quick with getting the prices for furniture I was interested in. She also made the finance and buying process very easy.
I bought a pull out bed in May and have still not received it. I called multiple times in the latest update I got was I gotta wait until the end of September early October and even by then they can’t guarantee that it will be here that’s over six months that they are telling me I have to wait not even for a guarantee I will receive my pull out bed, but check this out if I would cancel they wanna charge me a 25% restocking fee even though there is nothing to restock because they told me they will receive it eventually what kinda customer service is that how is that even fair how are you wanting to charge a 25% cancellation fee, but at the same time tell me you have no idea when my item will come so here I am waiting half a year. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend buying anything from this business unless you’re OK waiting six months and up for something you might not even receive at all and can’t even cancel without getting threatened with a 25% restocking fee. This is absurd.
Eli and Claudio came and installed furniture in my house. The install was quick and they had amazing customer service. Because of them I would recommend this company for any furniture purchases. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything!!
Liliana and Adam were amazing they got us some new couches that were MUCH needed, we really loved their customer service and the fact that they were so willing to accommodate every request we had, thank you Good Deals we will be back! also thanks Eli and Cluadio for delivering it request we had, thank you Good Deals we will be back!
