This place was great, you need an appointment but I was in and out within 40 minutes. They bash him because he doesn’t prescribe narcotics but that makes sense because who would want to be the reason someone is addicted or feed someone’s addiction. Much faster than any ER, doctor connects you to a specialist online that then can help you with your needs and they for sure helped my ear infection. Thank you so much Dr.Santos!!

This clinic has been heaven sent! Raffael is extremely thorough, kind and so compassionate! My father is 93 and cannot possibly do the 5 - 6 hours that is needed to wait for the walk in clinic times. Our health system is in crisis and it is NOT the fault of the workers. I am very thankful for Raffael and this clinic. They have been able to assist my father with his issues and thanks to them he is much better! Thanks again Good Doctors!

Worst doctor in Canada. Rafael Santos is the perfect example why our healthcare system is going to hell… His unprofessionalism and incompetence are simply unmatched in the country. • If you’re looking for the worst medical experience in Canada this is exactly the location you’re looking for.

I am very disappointed by a doctor's assistant whose room is right next to the pharmacy. I do not know his name, but the female nurse called in sick at the office, and this person was very stressed and annoying. He yelled at a young lady with two children in front of me. The young lady came for a walk-in, but the assistant refused to see her children. Meanwhile, another lady who had waited for two hours had to leave and gave her spot to this young lady and her children. When the assistant learnt this, he became aggressive and said he would not assess sick children! With the young lady's argument that she had a spot given by someone else, the assistant said he is the one who makes the decision who to be assessed; as such, he was not going to help these poor children; He asked them to leave, and if they wanted to make a complaint, they could call to the office! I left right after this. If a healthcare worker treats a mother with sick children this way, I can imagine what he would say to a senior if he could not control his stress and schedule again! I will never recommend this clinic to my friends and neighbours as long as this person remains there! Mary

Walked in yesterday got told to go book online, so I did that and come back for my appointment and it’s 20 minutes past my appointment and I still have yet to be called in, had someone come out being aggressive and rude with me about ME NOT RECIEVING A PHONE CALL FROM THEM YET acting like it’s my fault that they did not call me , then threatened to kick me out for absolutely no reason, says I’m being rude when I literally just said I never received a call from them

I made an appointment, showed up on time, waited 30 mins. a patient showed up after me without an appointment and they took him in first. Very disappointed. I ended up leaving to go to another clinic. Not sure how their system works if you book an appointment and they don’t even look.

Rafael was absolutely amazing, took my son in right away to get checked. And we had a prescription, puffer and a requisition for an x-ray within an hour!!

Best walk-in clinic I’ve been to. Small and personable. My wife and I have had terrible coughs for weeks. They really listen to all our symptoms and prescribed the appropriate meds. Also helped with another issue they noticed. Highly recommended.

I am relieved to have found Rafael at this clinic. He has been helpful in every aspect of my 3 recent visits. He is knowledgeable, caring and genuine. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him.

Rn Rafael is very friendly and helpful. New norm is virtual doctor visits but it's efficient. No issue and speedy.
