Great first experience with Marley at the Spokane store. Very thorough and knowledgeable. She also has given excellent follow up service checking in to see if I had any questions or issues. The cost is a long term investment and reminder that your feet carry you in life. Best care needed for the long term. Pain in walking is no fun.
Luke and Marley are super amazing. I went from pain and numbness in my left foot and after wearing my arch supports from no pain and my numbness is gone as well. My right knee I was having pain in has also subsided as well. I give great thanks to all the help from them both.
I apologize for the length of this review but so much to say! I work in health care so I am on my feet for 8-12 hours a day. Every pair of work shoes would get uncomfortable very quickly. I had to buy Dr Scholls insoles for every new pair of shoes and had a box of 20 old ones from prior shoes. My left hip and both knees hurt for years and I never knew why, plus I had foot pain from all shoes. I even went to a podiatrist who never solved the problem. Keep in mind I am not obese; I weight 110 pounds, so it can’t be blamed on weight. I looked around at all the strangers I passed, wondering if everyone’s shoes are uncomfortable like mine. My husband found the Good Feet Store in Spokane Valley and I made an appointment. Kevin explained the process and fit me into the lowest level of insoles. I will admit, there was sticker shock at the $1500 prices tag. Forward to a month later: I was SHOCKED that all my pain was gone and it was related to my feet. The system builds the arch muscles back up that have fallen over the years. Most people have foot growth and women experience this during pregnancy. This is arch fall which extends the toes out. And often times people go down a size or half when their arches strengthen back up. Anyway, how much is no pain and comfortable shoes worth? It surely is an investment but one I am so happy I made. The insoles are guaranteed for life so the only additional cost are the rubber cushions that will wear out in 8 months. I have been wearing my insoles from the good feet store for almost a month now and I can definitely tell a difference. I would recommend this place to anyone and I definitely have told family and friends. I absolutely love that I can wear them with any shoes I want. My job entitles me to wear a lot of heals and they work so so great with them. A big Big thanks to Katrina and her store manager for helping us out and making our experience amazing!! Definitely left there with tears in my eyes.
I had the best experience and love my new supports. Marlena was amazing. She listened to my issues and talked me through options. Spent time really working on how to help and get the right fit. Went for my one month check on how my feet are doing. Marley is amazing. My feet, back and hips feel fantastic. Thanks May for helping my get the support I need.
Predatory. I found a better and cheaper solution. They prey on people with foot pain. Prices are insane. $400+ for temporary pain reduction that only works while using it. I bought a set before I knew better and it helped temporarily but bc it only helped when wearing them it restricted what shoes I could wear. No sandals, nothing where the sole could potentially move. Instead of trying to sell you something they could go the route of educating you but they don’t make money on that : i started using minimalist/barefoot footwear and my foot pain is completely gone. The pain in most cases comes from weak foot muscles. They are making the problem worse by adding a brace type insole so your muscles stay weak and they can keep making money off of you and the lack of knowledge surrounding their “business”
The Good Feet Store has helped me signicantly with pain in my feet. Josh and Kevin were very knowledgeable and experienced with the issues I was having. I was fitted with insoles in April and have gone in monthly for adjustments. Kevin is professional and provides excellent customer service. I'll keep going back! Thank you!
Since my wife and I had our first fitting for our inserts. It's been nothing but good times walking 2-5 miles with our dog. Sure we had several adjustments to relieve minor pain that returns. But, at "NO Cost". We were fitted with new inserts and seen the progress of our arch in our feet. I just finished my adjustment and it feels great. Thank you GFS.
Have had chemo and radiation from cancer, then a stroke, then a fall and broke my back in 1 1/2 yrs. Unable to regain balance and find relief from back and leg pain. These shoes have assisted me in regaining my balance and lessening pain! Wow. Making progress! Thank you, Kristin
The staff there was amazing and walked me through everything as soon as I got there. They were also so understanding of me being in a hurry. The only thing that I wish was better about my experience would have been to know sooner about how much money I would be spending at check out. Other than that, the insoles already feel amazing on my feet and I can forget what feet pain feels like.
