Amazing experience. Top tier Customer Service, knowledge and patients. I had excruciating pain in my feet for weeks and even went to a podiatrist and didn't see any results. While at my visit at the Pleasant Hill location, I saw immediate results before i even ledt the store. My experience was truly life changing. Thank so much to the Good Feet Store Team.
Ariana helped me out today and I left the store feeling like a million bucks! She took the time to listen to my issue and was throrough in explaining the different options I could go with. I was able to try different inserts and she explain what each one helps with. Would recommend a thousand percent!
Ryan was excellent help. He explained the Good Feet system, answered our questions and let us try variations to see what fit our feet best. We are looking forward to see how our feet improve.

Well there’s this dude Charles … Man can fix your feet I was in pain I hurt so much I saw the phrase and it had good feet in it I was needing something I was limping my arch was a 14 from old injuries but I’m only a 13 foot size it hurt my feet to sit I don’t believe nothing so I thought this bull be happy with my massager they sell and dump the insoles … wrong ! My feet are fixed ?? I’m light jogging barefoot through the house my feet perfectly touching the ground multiple sclerosis as well ? My feet don’t hurt my back don’t hurt my knees feel better I think I’m 6 foot again too thank you Charles ! Hahahahaha

I was fully satisfied with Sochinda, who gave me great service and information regarding my current issues with plantar fasciitis. I am a 75+ woman, who first became a customer of the Good Feet Family 7 years ago, and recently began having issues again with balance and stability. So I immediately looked up the new store in Pleasant Hill, and was thoroughly evaluated for new orthotic arch supports on the expert advice of Sochinda, and I have purchased the 3-step system, Arch Supports for all my gait enhancements and “pain” relief and great comfort when wearing my shoes .
