Good Knight Cupcakes and Cookies was founded out of a love of baking for our friends, family and co-workers. It is owned and operated by Debbie Hinshaw and Megan Knight. We've spent years developing our made from scratch recipes. We offer standard size cupcakes in 25+ flavors, cookies, cake pops, custom decorated sugar cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, cookie/pop bouquets and more!. Our cookie flavors include: chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, oatmeal raisin chocolate chip, toffee, M&M, oatmeal cranberry, oatmeal cranberry white chocolate, cookies and cream, oatmeal butterscotch, and chocolate white chocolate. We offer whoopee pies in almost every cupcake flavor.
