Good Neighbor Pharmacy

This is the second time I’ve gone to pick up a prescription and been informed they don’t have the medication. That happens - I get that. But the total lack of any follow up or service is upsetting. I have to ask all the questions, only to met with a shrug. The attitude seems to be “we don’t care, we don’t have to.” Awful.

Never been to this establishment but while digging in my backyard in Merrill Oregon I came across an old east side pharmacy corked bottle. Anyone with an interest may contact me. Thank u

Shout out to the pharmacists especially chris and andy at Ashland Drug for always being super helpful, and going out of their way to make sure I have my epilepsy meds on time! I've had a few close calls with my Dr's office not responding, and they're always so kind and helpful. Best pharmacy in town!

I feel so lucky to have an amazing local pharmacy. They are so prompt with refill requests. In addition to your pharmacy needs, they have medical equipment and other drug store offerings. Additionally they have some really cool items for gifts and other bits and bobs.

I love this store... They deliver to your home which is great. Being in quarantine for so long I did almost all of my Christmas, birthday shopping at their store. They have a wide selection of cards, baby gifts, candles, puzzles and so much more. Thank you Ashland Drug

Just got out of the hospital. Had prescriptions sent here because website said it’s open until 7. Yet they are closed at 6. Absolutely ridiculous. Fix your website and update your information. This is the third time. Customer lost

Friendly, helpful, local. I don’t know what people had to the staff to think they were unfriendly, but they’ve always been great to me.
