Good Ol' Buffet

This place is always a great place to go for brunch or lunch. I usually go after church but today was great as well. The food is always hot and mostly fresh. The staff are super respectful as well I’ve never had a problem since coming here. I love this place and the food.Food: 5/5

In the area visiting Great Wolf with the Kiddos & want some home cooked food. Found this place & the reviews are not true. Well maybe just not what I know to be your southern cooking. Let’s say the sweet tea, corn bread & fried chicken was the best thing to southern cooking. The rest was right out the frozen department or can foods. They would have done better if they used the banquet Mac & Cheese instead of what they had very watery. There is also a smell of a dirty mop or something that hit my nose but I said let’s give it a try anyways in which that usually would have turned me back out the door. Mash potatoes was instant by the way. I gave it a 2 start b/c the staff was very friendly & helpful good customer service but it’s not your real style southern or soul food you are looking for. Pics I put small amounts on the plate & tried to pull from the corner of pan that didn’t help. My husband told me let’s move here you would put them out of business real quick lol.

I spent 50 dollars for 1 adult, 1 senior and 2 children and that includes tip. It’s difficult to find a park, especially during lunch time or on a Sunday. And you’d think that’s a good sign.But the food is just OK. Everything tasted like water. The salad was the best dish and that’s saying a lot. The waitress was pretty good on checking in with us and refilling our drinks. All in all. It’s not horrible, but definitely not a place where you’re looking to savor the experience.

Place seems nice. Food is low quality, bland, corn bread was dry some food's taste like canned and instant mashed potatoes. Waitress at door didn't quite understand me. And cashier wasn't to pleasant. I spent almost 18.00 on take out and it wasn't worth it. Online menu says 4.59 per lb but I was charged 5.99 per lb. Don't think I'll be back. I can cook way better than they do.

I enjoy going to this place because it's nice and you can find good food at a good price and a sweet teas lovely. Parking: The time that you go that I go to parking is not that bad you can always find a place.

The food was really good. I was having problems with my mouth so I was unable to eat what I put on my plate so they let me take just what I had. Normally all you can eat buffets don't let you take what you can't eat. So I definitely give them 5 stars for being compassionate for my situation that day. Thank you Good Ol BuffetFood: 5/5

I liked it. It was a small selection but good. The food is good. They had meats, veggies, variety of salads, and desserts. Even though everything was good there was nothing that stood out or that I had to get seconds on. The weird thing was this pear, cheese, cherry, mayo concoction which I learned may actually be a thing of the south. I never seen or tried it before so it was cool to try something new. The best thing was this yellow cake on the hot bar and the service. The service was great. She made sure our drinks was filled and that she took the plates/garbage from the table. The lady in the front was nice and funny. They made sure to keep things clean and stocked. Also, the sweet tea was delicious. The decorations were nice and fun to look at. I would go back if ever go back to town.
