With the support of community donations that we sell in our stores, we create life-changing opportunities for local people experiencing barriers to employment by providing free career services, job training and jobs. Made the mistake of parking in their lot just before 8:00 a.m. they had a nice shady spot and waiting for them to open at 10:00 a.m.. Just as I was putting my shoes on to go in, two employees came out and told me I had to leave because I had "been there all night", not true. I told them to check their cameras. They threatened to call the police. I live in my van, yes, but they really shouldn't make assumptions and false accusations. So I took my $70 and spent it at Opportunity House, where they Don't discriminate against homeless people. They have better stuff for cheaper anyhow, and their customer service is excellent!
Everyone else that you can understand w/ language barrier were pretty kind, the very bad experience I had at this store was the tall African American guy who has orange & green hair color I was very polite in Asking when the store was closed & he looked at me & kept on walking, he was the only one there that was busy WATCHING everyone & stare you out , he made me feel very uncomfortable , & the only employee that wasn’t working, it was the most weirdest experience , they really NEED to train friendly customer service to un-mannered employees like that, OR else they will loose good customers!!!!
Went to drop off was given hard time could of just took it to dump pressure washers meat grinder fold chair badminton set g wagon for kid with remote for child to ride in question me on everything but another person pulled up no questions
The prices are not what they used to be, WAY TOO HIGH, jaw dropping high. Same Christmas ornaments that we bought at the Dollar Tree for a dollar were 3.49 there. A pair of used kids snow boots for $20 for those kids of prices i rather buy new at Ross or something. I thought good will was a place to find affordable second hand items, not to get ripped off and to top it off, everything was donated to them! And what blows my mind is that I seen goodwill take truck loads to the land fill when it could of just been marked down for people in need :
Very overpriced like retail for donated dirty stuff. Go to savers or another city.
Prices are absolutely ridiculous. $20 for a pair of used Walmart brand shoes. $25 for a fake leather jacket. On top of the high prices, nothing is organized by size & it's impossible to look through. Definitely won't be back
Yeah I used to love them but lately the prices are way to high the cheapest it's 4 dollars I know everything got expensive but this prices are getting ridiculous sometimes even DDs has better prices and things
Very clean, organized, and well kept. The employees are very helpful, nice, and go above and beyond. Items in the store although they are used are still in good shape and of good quality. A lot of new things not even opened and with tags on them. They have a lot of good clothing, shoes, home decor, kitchen items, toys, and many other things. The prices of the items are very low and affordable. I'm definitely shopping here again.
Very overpriced when you can buy the same kind of stuff at Walmart , Ross or on the clearance rack new for a lower or same price. Ridiculous these items are given to you they should be available, especially to the people with the lowest incomes
Great place, good people, fantastic customer service, what's not to love? Both Fairfield and Vacaville are great stores. You have to shop both to get the best deals. The Cordelia store shouldn't be missed either! Almost forgot about them, near Safeway.
