For more than 26 years Goodman & Nekvasil has represented investors who have been defrauded by their securities brokers in arbitration and litigation.
Since its founding in 1992, Goodman & Nekvasil has always represented investors. Founding attorneys Joel Goodman and Kalju Nekvasil created the firm to give excellent representation to clients who had wrongfully suffered losses on their investments. Over 20 years later, this mission continues with an expanded staff and many achievements. Kalju Nekvasil now manages the firm following Joel’s retirement in 2010, and, as the lead attorney, Kalju has not lost a case in over 10 years. This formidable track record has enabled the firm to achieve a 99% case settlement rate in its time of operation. In addition to the firm’s continued success representing investors in arbitration, in 2002 attorney Stephen Krosschell appeared in front of the U.S. Supreme Court (Harvey v. Salomon Smith Barney, Inc.).
