Great communication. Sympathetic and kind . Explained everything in detail. Executed everything that I had planned and eased my anxiety. My Moms service was very nice . I was very pleased with their services. Adam, Leon , and Jerri were great!
Leon Small and the other staff at this facility were truly wonderful. We lost our mom and grandmother last week and Leon made the whole process just much easier. Everything was clearly explained, they facilitated all our requests and took a lot of stress off our minds. Questions were clearly answered and they helped with last minute scheduling changes. They were very respectful during the services and the funeral and really made everything very nice. We appreciate their attention to detail and respectfulness.
My brother who lived in Lynn passed away a few months ago and I live out of state and his NOK. The folks at Goodrich were very compassionate and quick to take care of his remains within a day of receiving the paperwork from me. During COVID everything seems to take longer but not with them. While I'm waiting to have a service due to family being mostly older in nature while I was at the funeral home I saw their service areas and they cater to a socially distance environment. Due to inner state travel restrictions they were also able to send me his remains after he was creamated. My family have been using Goodrich for years and will continue to. I want to thank them for all they did during this difficult time.
Patient and helpful. Leon was great. Guided us and answered all our questions. It was my mothers service and it was everything she wanted. Thank you Goodrich and all who helped. Our family appreciates you.
After a death of a loved one it is a difficult time to have to make aragments.leon at Goodrich funeral was compassionate about the situation and answered all our questions including questions that didn't even have to do with with the funeral aragments they took care of everything for us.didnt try to up sell anything in a time of us being vulnerable. And the price was half of the quotes I got from other corporate funeral homes in the area definitely use them in time of need thanx again leon

Extreme and uncalled for rudeness relating to a family member’s passing
They let someone steal my son's ashes and they lied to me and I hate for that and I may sue jerry I am still hurt about it and she is no good never once called me and said you were sorry for that how cruel you are it's all about the money
