Super friendly and fair priced, low priced even..I worked in movie theatres in college and was surprised how cheap things were, no idea how they stay open. It is in need of a few sound and video upgrades on the tech side but it is still an outstanding theatre experience. The main lobby has an awkward layout with one random arcade video game right in the middle of the floor, they could use a slight design improvement. You will enjoy your film and experience!
We had a great time watching Top Gun: Maverick. We went to the Sunday afternoon matinee. We ordered reserved seating tickets through the website and received them via email with no issues. Tickets were $9 EA plus a $3 service fee. Tom Cruise did a nice intro thanking those in attendance sad to see only about 30 people in the theater and promoted the release on the big screen. That's how we saw the original back in 1986 and agree it's the best experience for this film. A small popcorn and medium drink was $11.23. A bit pricey, but part of the experience, and would seem to be an essential part of the theather's revenue stream, given the limited number of people we saw. I only saw to employees, one at the snack counter, and one doing some work at a desk, but there was no waiting. Our tickets were scanned and printed at the snack counter and we were on our way. Other than a technical glitch just before the start of the movie, which was quickly resolved, everything worked as expected. Great planes, including an unexpected P-51 Mustang! Makes me want to head up to the Oshkosh 2022 air show in July! Hope you can go and enjoy the movie.
I absolutely love this theater. I've been coming to it for a long time. Tonight was the inky time I've had a problem and it wasn't with the theater but with the young kids behind us who were annoying and rude. I went to the front and talked to the manager and within the time it took me to get back to my movie Travis had it handled. He went above and beyond for my husband and I and we really appreciate him. As I've said, we already love this theater but it's people like Travis that keep us coming back.
Manager made me throw away my snacks I understand if it’s their policy but he was overly rude and intimidating for no reason ended up leaving right after due to how uncomfortable he made us. it’s not about what you say but how you say it and the fact that he just uncomfortably stared at us rather than answering our questions. We drove 30 minutes to come here since it was the only theater showing coralline remastered. edit: they don’t actually answer your emails they just says it for the google reviews to look good
Clean lobby as well as ice cold from outside. The self checkout movie ticket kiosk station was easy to use - only thing is it selected the seats and it didn’t give me like a 2nd choice for 3 peeps place to sit. There were other “3 spots” available. Prices are normal- high like everywhere. Will return and signed up for the rewards program so l see what that is about.
The movie experience was fine, but my issue is the customer support. This doesn't go for all employees, just one specifically. He seemed very disrespectful and trying to cut the conversation and get us out of there. I also wanted to get a box of candy and he said they were out of that type and had to choose from one side. Whatever, not a big deal. I look behind the counter as I'm walking by and see everything he said wasn't available was there. What the heck!!!
It is so nice to have a theater so close to home that has first run movies. Very clean place. Sound was excellent.
New to town, we went to see the latest Marvel movie. The staff was friendly and helpful, there was a bigger snack/food selection than we expected, and it wasn't over crowded in our screening room. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We will absolutely be back.
Nice, quiet local no frills theater. Came for a matinee with the kids and enjoyed an almost empty theater.
I went today to view the Barbie movie and was extremely impressed with the Brownsburg 8 theater and staff. John and Faith were very helpful and made my movie experience very enjoyable!
