I love to shop at Goody's. Sometimes things hard to find so much stuff crammed together. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I went so much the last few weeks they asked me to come work with them. I am an personal shopper for friends and family. Goody's is one of my first places to look.
Great prices on great stuff. They have a lot of unique stuff you won't find anywhere else. The staff are great here, they are always willing to help you without getting impatient. The store is always clean and its easy to find what your looking for. The isles are great because they are actually wider than most places usually have them. Great place to shop!
I love this store! It's the only place we shop now for clothes,shoes and boots. They have these discount deals and buy one get one free. I believe they had sale buy one get two free on just about everything in the store back in November. I mean we got like $750 in clothes and shoes for $365. I was like WOW! Helpful staff just ask them there always willing to help us. I got credit card with them and they knock more off sometimes for just having a credit card with them. Who dose that nobody I know of...Thanks For Being So Awesome Goodys of Dickson Tennessee!
50% off of what exactly? Or is it 10%, maybe this item is 30%? Prices only apply to certain items and none of it is clear. Get a coupon because you been coming for years, yeah. That only applies to certain things also. After being in retail for over 15yrs, it only makes sense to me to put a clearance sign, for the correct amount off, over the CORRECT merchandise, not causing mass confusion. I sure hope the new stores have more direct, correct, ACCURATE, pricing, signage, and advertising. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm almost ready to cut up my store card and give up completely on this retail chain.
It was a hot mess of disorganization. You couldn't tell what shoes were on sale until you took them to the register and then there were issues with scanning the items due to system errors. Coupons were iffy at best. However that being said, the staff was great and very apologetic and even ashamed about how things went even though it was out of their control. Just remember that the staff is not responsible for they computer system errors and they can only do so much with what they have.
Store was messy. A shirt rack had fallen to the floor and just left there. Clothes unfolded and skattered about. No customer service, we were actually ignored. For the price of their items the store should better kept, and customer service should be a priority.
This Goodys is nice and big for a clothing store of it's kind. Genuinely good service. Great selection of clothes from petite to plus sizes. A little on the pricee side but they also have name brand clothes. They also have kids and teenage sections for you parents out there shopping for your children.
A store that wasn't that good in the first place. Now using gimmicky bait and switch tactics and deceptive marketing to pull people in but once inside nothing is really marked down. This store didn't really know how to get customers and now really doesn't know how to just go out of business. Please just make way for something new and better already
I would love the store if they eould put all the same size together i get to looking for a blouse and there is small med large xlarge 1x all together. And to many u cant even push clothes back to go through them to crowded.
The Dickson, TN store is closing. Big signs all over the store - Store Closing 40 percent off Storewide Clearance. Got to the register with my purchases and was told my selections were not included. False advertising?
