Really loved the service from this location... I had to get a oil change before going to Florida for 5 days... The guy in the office squeezed me in and was very professional and polite... He also gave me a great quote on something I need to fix on my suburban...I will most definitely use this location for services I need...

Very clean and organized. The manager is very friendly and always very eager to help. Once you reserved your appointment online, the service is always on time. Great place to get your car service here.

The store manager was the friendliest! I went in for an alignment but asked if they could give the truck a decent inspection since I just bought it, they took care of things, even gave me a discount on an alignment plan. I dropped my truck off, within 2 hours I got a call back saying it was finished. I WILL be going back for all my automotive services!

I’m here as a customer trying to call and see if they have a tire for my car but I’ve been placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and still nobody knows how to answer the phone

Posted on yelp as well because I need everyone to know how great this place is!!! WOW! I have never had such a pleasant experience getting my car serviced as I had today. I always leave feeling like I was rushed to make decisions, cheated, and just treated like another number. Not here!!! The experience I had at Goodyear was exceptional. I booked an appointment for a new set of tires a few weeks in advance and was in and out today in under 2 hours. Ken was knowledgable, honest, and kept me updated through the whole process. He even called me a week or two before my appointment to let me know the tires I had picked out had come in if I would like to get my car in sooner. When I arrived today he was prepared and had even printed out a quote on different tires that were better than the ones I had selected online, but had a rebate on them, so they would have been the same price as the ones I was going to get. I never felt like I was being upsold, and really felt like Ken and his crew took care of my vehicle well. The experience was so wonderful, my boyfriend decided to go ahead and get himself a new set of tires as well and Ken was able to fit him in no problem. I really appreciated the experience and will be taking my car here for as many services as I can and will be recommending this location to everyone. Very trustworthy and service was outstanding. The comfort of a good experience and quality is absolutely worth going to Goodyear. Can’t say enough good things about Ken!!

I highly recommend this Goodyear location. I regularly bring my Charger here for oil changes and maintenance as well as their mechanic services. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Tires originally purchased and fitted at this store. Took my car in with a flat that I was adding air to once a week for 3 weeks, I was going on a long drive and was worried. Was told they checked all 4 tires and nothing was wrong. 2 days later took it to dealership for service and they showed me a 2 inch nail stuck in that same tire I was worried about. Great work! Thanks!

Overall had a great experience, when I went to get a tire repaired/replaced. The guys there were very friendly and also gave me good explanations of what was going on with the car/tire and were helpful with identifying what would likely have to be addressed going forward. Also, I was in and out in about 20-25 minutes.
