When I first walked into this establishment in April 2022, after my accident, I couldn't move my neck or raise my arms. After 5 months of chiropractor care, massage therapy, dry needle therapy, physical therapy, and strength training. I am finally back at work and have been able to get back to pain free sleep and daily tasks. Thank you to the entire wellness team.
They don't take any type of state/disability-Soc. Sec. insurance, whatsoever. They no longer have the referral incentive package. They enforce the use of masks. sorry, my opinion is... optional
Great staff and very clean clinic! Terrible billing process. I spoke with my insurance prior to setting up an appointment to get my out of pocket cost, ended up being double the cost out of pocket for some reason. I received my first bill over 3 months after my first appointment. If I would have known the price my insurance gave me was incorrect, I would have stopped care. Just be more aware and not as trusting as I was! As now I'm stuck with a large bill.
Very satisfied with the care I've received. The experience has been very different from other chiropractors I've seen in the past, who seemed focused on quick fixes and short appointments. Dr. Schneider and the massage therapists have been professional, attuned to my needs, and most importantly, effective in helping me heal. So pleased with the entire experience.
The messages you get are pretty random. And if you're in any sort of lawsuit I would recommend going anywhere else and to definitely see who is in your network before deciding with Goodyear. It's not a terrible place considering the staff is very knowledgeable, and they have several different services, it's just that it was clear that they are very money oriented.
I've had a great experience at Goodyear. Dr. Schneider has a holistic approach which I appreciate, and the entire massage staff is very talented. Jason, Jessie, Jose and Haille are all excellent at what they do and my pain is at lower levels than it has been in years.
Nope, injured me whilst massaging me to sell me chiropractic services.
Everyone is extremely nice and they take their time working. I feel better afterwards. Usually having my pain at an 8 to 10 they have reduced it to 3 or 5 which is beyond amazing! I thank them for getting me back to my normal self of being active.
Goodyear took the time to show me what was going on with my lower back problems and help me fix the problem through chiro and massage. They were all very helpful and taught me how to use stretches and some lifestyle changes to fix this issue that has plauged me for the last 10 years. I am very grateful for the doctors at Goodyear!
I love their model. They don’t just focus on spinal adjustments - they incorporate adjustments, massage and physical therapy to truly address the pain.
