I went to Grace Woodrow to purchase an engagement ring. I knew nothing about diamonds beforehand, but came out feeling like an expert after meeting with Woodrow. He was very professional, patient and detailed during the entire process. He always took time to explain to me the pros and cons between all of my options and worked within my budget. I really enjoyed being able to customize the ring and select the specific diamond, band and setting myself. It was a very personal experience, which made it even more special. I would definitely recommend going to Grace Woodrow if you're looking for a ring!
Woodrow made the daunting task of ring-picking so pleasant! He is personable, knowledgeable, and honest. Most importantly, he educates you on the diamonds so that you can make the best decision for your and your soon-to-be fiancée’s needs. The ability to customize is a huge plus, and the prices are unmatched I’ve compared with numerous diamond retailers including Tiffany’s and Blue Nile. There is no pressure working with Woodrow and his wife, Grace. I’m delighted with the entire experience and my now fiancée is so happy with her beautiful, oval-cut diamond ring. What’s cool is that I feel like a diamond expert now and can pass knowledge to my friends who are planning on taking the next step. I know they won’t be disappointed!
I ordered a 9th year anniversary ring with a custom design channel and setting in Nov 2017 from Woodrow. Woodrow is very professional and had patience to show me various design ideas and explain me how to differentiate between diamond and Moissanite. My new ring came as described as the photo, which looks gorgeous! I will definitely do business with Woodrow again in the near future for other jewelries.
