Huge beautiful place for reading. Play area for children, games etc available. Laptops and books are good stock. Community centre has cafe, gym, fitness centre, art , recreation centre etc.
Beautiful place with a great indoor energy vibes to get involve in different kind of activities like swimming, badminton, gym, yoga and outdoor sitting....if you want to spend some time alone, the library inside is the best place to surround yourself with bunch of knowledge and experiences :.
Amazing play area outside my little ones love it. I didn’t get a picture of the swings and the other small area!
Great place, has something for everyone. Library and fitness available inside and a snack bar. Outside it’s kids land. Many different play structures and a splash pad. Also I noticed a covered outdoor hockey rink plus huge fields for soccer or kids camp. Also many spots to sit with shade for having snacks or a rest while kids play.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Gore Meadows Community Centre, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The facilities at The Gore Meadows Community Centre are top-notch. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for all visitors. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. The range of activities and amenities offered here is impressive. Whether you're into fitness, sports, arts, or simply seeking a place to relax, The Gore Meadows Community Centre has something for everyone. The gymnasium and fitness center are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, making it easy to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I was particularly impressed with the variety of community programs available. From youth workshops to senior gatherings, the centre truly caters to all age groups, fostering a strong sense of belonging and togetherness within the community. The Gore Meadows Community Centre's event spaces are also excellent. I attended a local art exhibition during my visit, and the venue was perfect for showcasing the talents of the community's artists. It's clear that the centre is committed to supporting local talent and culture. Parking was convenient and well-organized, ensuring that visitors had a stress-free experience from the moment they arrived. Overall, my experience at The Gore Meadows Community Centre was outstanding, and I can confidently give it a glowing five-star rating. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a welcoming and vibrant community hub with excellent facilities and a wide range of activities. Whether you're a resident or just passing through, this center is a must-visit!
A fantastic recreation center. There is a library, event spaces, basketball court, fitness gym, swimming pool, outdoor skate rink, skateboard park, cricket field. It's a huge facility with alot of amenities. The outdoor space is being renovated to update their playground and add what looks like a splash pad, more seating and either tennis or basketball courts. We're anxiously waiting to see it completed.
Good community centre, very clean. Big courtrooms. Drop-in available if you register in advance. Badminton court was good! Will visit again :
Great place to spend some free time with kids. Swimming pools are clean and well maintained, the gym is well equipped, the library is roomy albiet under construction, and the kids play area and splash-pad provide hours of fun.
The centre itself is beautiful, but this new park is absolutely horrible. My son was playing in the park area and got hit on the head on the metal climbing frames. He suffered a laceration and had to have stitches. For a kids park, absolutely unsafe and sharp metal edges . They need to fix this issue and have the edges of the climbing frames covered.
New, big and clean. Nice place to fly my drone as well. Skating rink is a nice touch in the winter. Outdoor and covered. The swimming pools are great, they have a slide as well. They have a gym but I have yet to use it
