Paid $15 for the Deluxe wash. As you can see from the pictures, there’s still a ton of dirt on my car after the wash. May as well not have bothered. The young men working there are very nice, though.

Good place for a quick wash. Did is job but missed some of the dirt. Having the vacuum is a great plus and the staff was great.

I have used Empire car wash for many years but on January 9th I came in for a car wash and had a terrible experience... There was a long line of cars and when I pulled in for my turn I was brought in fairly close to the car in front of me.  My Car was brought in and the car wash started and somewhere inside they stopped the machine and my car was pushed into the bumper of the car in front of me.  The car wash started up again and I was pushed out along with the car in front of me hugging it's bumper..  The car in front of me went on out and drove off and there was a long line at the car wash so I came back a week later and talked to the manager.  Their manager immediately told me that they were not liable for anything before he even heard me out.  The manager even said that I must have put my break on and no matter what I said about what had happened he continued to say that they were not liable instead of wondering if there was a problem that they could fix on there end..  And as I have seen in other posts they didn't even get my car cleaned.  Their employees have always been wonderful but the manager was terrible.

The car wash employees are awesome. The car wash itself was recently renovated. I wish they could open up the Gorilla Growlers pub again. That was a fantastic spot to go near my house for an excellent selection of beers. And I could tell my wife I was running to the car wash.

Prefer to have free vacuums, car wash customer service should be more honorable and also public bathroom would be nice if you’re gonna be rude to your potential customers before they purchase something then you’re not gonna get that customers friendship

Does a great job washing the car! Plus there are vacuums and towels to finish details.

Great car wash. Love their monthly membership so I can keep my black truck clean.

Quick and efficient! I like the experience of the lights and fun foam on my car! I will consider one of their packages so I can have a clean car more often! Only downside was the free vacuum turned on but didn't actually have any suction. I think I got a bad one.

I went on Sunday, paid for an Epic Wash & they were well staffed. The kids with brushes at the entrance didn't give much effort at scrubbing windows, wheels or back of my Jeep - like they didn't at all. I had to spend about an hour after car wash just finishing cleaning it up.  Kinda thought that's what spending a little extra money  was for?

Thoroughness with car washing has always been an issue to some degree at this place but my last visit left lots to be desired. My car was only pre-squirted, no brushing done to remove the dirt like they have in the past. The result was a dirty car that looked like its owner had just overpaid for a "wash". Very disappointed.
