@Goshen Home Care, going beyond expectations to give care to our residents is a joy and delight. The work environment is so serene I love working here. My father, born in 1924, has been at Goshen since April 2020. He moved during the pandemic from another home where he had been for a few months. He was disoriented and didn't understand how Covid-19 had changed the world. Despite these challenges, the Goshen staff helped him adapt quickly to his new home. He has bonded with a caring staff of five, lead by Monica, an RN who is also the operator. At Goshen, my fathers received extremely high quality care and every needs is met. More important, he seems a part of the family and enjoys their humor, sensitivity, and genuine affection. Monica and everyone make the family and friends feel welcome and find a way to work through all restrictions. All staff and residents five maximum have been safe and healthy throughout the pandemic.
My mother lived with my husband and I for 14 years and we finally had to make the difficult decision to put her in an assisted living facility. It wasn't long before we became very dissatisfied and felt helpless about where to go to find the care that she deserved and where we could find peace of mind. We found Goshen Home Care and it was the best decision we could have made. She is getting wonderful care and we are able to relax knowing that she is in professional and loving hands. It is a warm and welcoming environment where we are free to visit our loved one whenever we'd like and are treated like family.
