Sergio did an amazing job, love my plantation shutters … I could not be happier. This is all new Ownership/management and Sergio is a true professional and an artist at transforming a room with window coverings. We replaced the blinds and curtains with plantation shutters, which were installed today 20 June 2022 and my home looks beautiful … I had no idea what a transformation it would be. Sergio has years of experience and it shows. You could not find a kinder professional, he takes pride in his work and does everything with heart. I want to rave about Gotcha Covered Southshore. They are right here in Apollo Beach and Sergio and his wife did an amazing job of helping us plan our blinds and installed them. Sergio came back out several times as we were planning and rethinking and he was always so helpful and friendly. I highly highly recommend!

We met Sergio as an installer for another company. We were in the middle of a year long nightmare until we met Sergio. He was in the process of purchasing the Gotcha Covered Franchise. We placed our order with Sergio and 3-weeks later our Hunter Douglas Shutters were installed at our house. Sergio is attentive, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, his work area is neat and he pays attention to details. The finished installation looks GREAT!. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with Sergio and his company. As a mater of fact, we are ordering a smart drape for our sliding glass door because of Sergio. Sergio understands customer service, if you schedule an appointment with Sergio, he will show up, always.

They are the perfect addition to our pilot house windows and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Gotcha Covered for your window treatment needs...house or boat. Super service!
Superb service from start to finish. Sergio is truly passionate about the work he performs and his attention to detail resulted in a flawless installation of custom blinds and shutters throughout our entire home. Trusted and recommended without hesitation!
We purchased our blinds in 2019 when we purchased our new home. We spent well over $6000 for custom blinds. The owner at the time was a Veteran and promised lifetime warranty on these. Now that they sold the company and is now under new management, they can’t find the paperwork to fix an issue we are having , also mentioned they have to check To see which manufacturer it is so that they can find out if they can replace these panels we have been having issues with since first year we had them. Poor customer service and support. I don’t recommend purchasing from this company. The blinds are way over priced for the quality your getting. And we got the expenses panels for sliding door with a 9ft ceiling that was a pretty penny. Never again will I spend my money on something so expensive. More expensive doesn’t always mean great quality. Now I’m stuck with these panels that ripping apart , shredding bit by bit.
Beautiful, perfect job by Sergio with our French door shades! Just exactly what we needed and we are very pleased with the results. The shades were custom made, delivered, and installed within two weeks.
