I'd like to start by saying that emotions are involved. However I'll try to be as honest as possible with you, the reader. We moved today from this storage facility completely after purchasing a heated storage. Also noted that the storage is promised to be pest free. Not only was about 60% of our items moldy. They were covered in rat droppings and urine. A couch set was totally soaked with urine. Dressers were moldy and photographs lost. Personal, non-replaceable items. The couch set was given to us by our great uncle that was super important and meant a lot to us. We wanted warn anyone who is thinking about using this facility. Please do your due diligence and don't hesitate to ask questions. Please be careful. Some momentos can't be replaced.

Easy process to move in.  Enjoy the app to enter and exit...however I am hoping to obtain a physical code as well. Not everyone owns a smart phone  Could have more than 1 hand truck thing.......someone with like 2 things took it and kept it with them the entire time they were  going through their stuff, and I had to carry a car full of stuff up one thing at a time.  Really annoying.

Roberta is fabulous!  She helped me when I was having a challenge completing my move in process. Outstanding customer service and support. She is a keeper!

Good security and storage. Prices are not bad. Some of the staff may not be that friendly, but I feel my items are safe.

Roberta was extremely helpful with getting my lease signed, as I am a first time storage unit renter. Robert was as well, letting me look at a unit in person before I committed to a move in date.

Very nice staff helped get storage set up and termination of storage, including prompt refund. A bit spendy, but not using storage often, cost may be the going rate these days.

Up until a month ago it was a five star facility. With the most amazing staff and work with you attitude. understanding compassionate respectful polite. That all changed a month ago where they took the hours from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and we lost the ability to get into our units for 3 hours. The new staff does not have the same customer service the old ones did. A couple of times comments have been rude hurtful and downright disrespectful. Due to the change in policy and hours of operation yet they are not charging us less even though they're giving us less hours to access our own items and they went from five stars down to three

Very clean, priced right for secure and covered protection of your valuable property, like our toy hauler. Once our door had come unlatched and was wide open. We were notified at 7 am when they do their rounds and security check of property. Attendant went inside, thankfully nothing was disturbed. Thank you "You Gotta Store It" for your kindness and professionalism.

My experience was positive and Robert was very patient and helpful with all my questions.  They provide a free moving truck, however, it's a little inconvenient as it is located across the intersection at another facility.

I stay at an apartment that will only allow two parking spots, bought a car for my son and found myself in a dilemma. I walked into Gotta Store It Storage office and was pleasantly greeted before I even let go of the door handle. Rebekah Hoffman presented all the available options flawlessly, her organization and command of my customer experience was refreshing. The facility is well kept and in good order. Rebekah had me in-processed and set          with my in-processed and set with my access code in short order, fantastic service.
