I came into the location to purchase a phone, I traded in my s9, I was told the best and most affordable option was an s21 ultra. I was told I had 30 days to exchange the device, 3 different people told me that I couldn't exchange it. I understand there was someone new working, but it seemed like they pushed him out to the front line and then all left the floor and made him help me, knowing minimal knowledge about the job. I came back in and was told by the assistant manager that I could pay my device sooner, but didn't explain that I would lose my trade in promotion. I went back to get help with the device and no one seemed to care enough to help me. I was told I couldn't go back to my s9, which I understand, but the lack of drive to help customers was appalling. They ignored a homeless man that came into the store asking for help, I feel like they treated customers less than human. I don't usually complain, but I've never felt so disrespected as a human. Don't go here.
The total experience of purchasing a new S22 phone went very well. My only suggestion would be the ability to contact the store directly without using a 3rd party service that tries to set up an appointment. A simple yes/ no answer that the 3rd party couldn't answer would have potentially saved me a trip to town. The employees and store manager were very professional and able to answer any and all questions. They truly made the experience delightful and a positive purchasing experience.
Skylar was very helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking and was always determined to keep a good attitude and was determined to get things completed throughout the transaction painlessly even when adversity or challenges arose outside of her control such as system outages. Very clear communicator and helpful as well. Exceptional customer experience and will be going back. Was very happy with the service:
Called to get help with my broken screen and the lady proceeded to have the worst attitude and hung up on me! She then proceeded to decline all my calls! This is completely unacceptable behavior! How can you run a busses like this

The very nice lady I dealt with was named Tris she did excellent showing me some phones and getting my stuff set up on it and showing me how to use it along with getting me some accessories for it and helping me choose colors. She’s the best person I’ve had dealing with anything like that!
I wanted to edit my previous review. I had a bad experience waiting here for hours to ask a single question while employees were having casual conversations with customers very frustrating. But my last experience here was very positive. I was having issues with my phone and an employee was really nice to help me get a new phone and even stayed late so I could leave with a working phone. I really appreciated that!!
Outstanding sales person. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and concerned. This was a super way to buy a new phone.
I wanted a new iPhone and the order was done quickly without any snags. I don’t have the phone yet but it should be here soon
Liz was very helpful and answered my questions. But she gave me the impression that the accessories were included with the new phone. I finally realized that these were extra! At the end, I had no idea what I was being charged for.
